SCP-096 will sit and cry in place, after 60 seconds of being undisturbed he will roam around the facility.
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
SCP-096 can go anywhere his targets are.
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
1. After SCP-096 no longer has targets he will become docile and sit/roam.
2. At this time SCP-096 will likely have a bucket on his head, if not one will be put on.
3. SCP-096 will be beam and cuffed.
4. SCP-096 will be dragged back to its cell, if no more targets see its face.
