I want you to take some time to read over the applications that I have linked here. They are successful applications that have some proper meat to every answer provided. Yours is lacking in a lot of things, mostly being detail.

I don't usually tack on 'age' to these responses, as maturity varies, but I do not think a 12 year old who immediately requests a reply is a good fit for an Overseer Assistant.

I'd like to see more out of you on site in some other CL4 roles before we consider taking you up for a high-maintenance role as Overseer Assistant.
