Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?: I have previous years of experience in different RP servers, a head admin in DarkRP, Moderator in another SCP-RP (not currently), and a moderator in a MetroRP server. I think all these experiences have seasoned me pretty well, and I think I could prove to be an asset to this community with my past experiences.

Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?: Yes. Mostly in SCP-RP servers, which are really the only servers I spend time in.

How many hours can you be on every day?: 2-3 hours a day (if I'm not on PTO or busy on weekend)

Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?: I would like to become a moderator on this server simply because this is a server I fully support and find myself on weekly for a good amount of time. I appreciate the people, the game mode itself, and the way things are structured RP-wise. With that being said, I would like to commit more to the server and help it grow in a positive way. With my previous years of experience in server moderation/administration, I think I could put my people and soft skills to the test on this great server.

What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?: I think one of the best soft skills I have is patience and leadership by consensus. I try my best to make things balanced in situations, and if I am in a sit that would be handled the best by making sure everyone comes to terms, I would go that route, and make sure everyone feels included. With my patience, I keep my temper and don't really respond to aggressiveness, I just focus on the task at hand and make sure it gets done efficiently. Personality-wise, I'm a kind and understanding person. I'm always open-minded and willing to listen to what others have to say. In real life, I have experience in the network development/engineering field, so if issues related come up regarding those, I could maybe be of help to the community. If chosen, I think I could handle myself independently and act proactively, looking to take sits and perhaps improve them by providing new flowcharts or references.
