What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why: I am applying for procedural role, the reason I am applying is because I have a love for the facility, but I know that it cannot run properly without the right ethics members. In working with research, I have seen members come and go picking up on some things that could be improved on ethically, I am here to help with those improvements.
What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?: It's no secret I am extremely involved with research, but I also love to be involved with all aspects of the facility. I am extremely dedicated to the facility and the rules that keep it going, I look out for the little people that normally get pushed under the rug and are treated unethically, I want to be their voice! I want to be able to help with experiments and day to day questions people have but never get answered. I have a passion for making not only enforcing the rules but helping people have a great experience on the server. I love to be bright and bubbly and make people smile, but I also know how to enforce any rules and be serious. I believe if I were the member to be chosen, I would be able to provide time on the server when needed and bring a great work ethic with a smile!
What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?: As an Ethics Member the day-to-day job varies constantly with unexpected hurdles but the responsibilities thats needed are to approve or deny tests on SCP's, to enforce the Code of Ethics, to watch over the various departments to be sure the Code of Ethics is being held up, as well as answer any questions that personnel may have.
What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?): Out of RP Ethics is required to keep the Code of Ethics and the Code of Conduct up to date, always searching how to better them. They would also be ones to be sure the the RP of the server especially surrounding any and everything ethical is doing good.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee character and what storylines they would be involved in:
A little backstory on me and how I got here today. (Taken from my Executive and DoR applications)
As a child we grew up in a little cabin outside of pinewood where we would hear stories about monsters living below us which I was always interested in hearing. I always thought they were made up to scare us and keep the kids out of the woods until one day there was a lot of loud sirens blaring from the hills. People were out of their house to see the commotion and that's when I saw a tattooed man wielding a sword running towards all my neighbors. Being we lived in the country with a lot of wildlife my family had knives to protect themselves, when the man got closer, I could see the pain in his eyes as he sliced both my mother and father in two, he looked at me in sorrow knowing what he just did and walked away. It sparked something inside me, through the pain was the need to know why, and learn more about this mysterious man with sad eyes. Now all alone I realized I had a choice to make so I ran after the man, as I ran the sirens got louder and bright lights appeared blinding me and stopping me in my tracks. I felt someone pick me up saying it would be okay he will make sure I'm safe seeing the blood all over me and knowing who was in the woods. He took me in, hiding me under his white coat past all the big gates and guards. When we made it to safety he introduced me to his coworkers, they swore that night to protect me and raise me the best they could. Through the years I was never allowed to leave the research hall, but I was allowed to talk to all the researchers hearing about their stories during testing which made me want to know even more about the mysterious creatures called SCP's. As I grew to adult hood I because a researcher myself, the day I got my very own lab coat I made a promise to myself. To find out all I could about mister sad eyes and see if these creatures are really monsters like everyone says. I myself am convinced from all the documents I've read that they do have hearts and there must be good inside them, they just need someone to love and accept them for who they are.
Since becoming of age to finally be a researcher myself I have been keeping very busy doing tests on SCPs that I feel have a heart inside and just need love. I have worked my way up in the department now with my love of research and find myself wanting to help the place that helped me survive on my own. Yes, most of my teachers and the man that took me in when I was a kid are no longer here but every day, I strive to live up to what their legacy was. I remember watching researchers make documents on the tests they had performed that day with sparkles in my eyes seeing just how much thought and love they put into their work. It really drove me to want not just to help SCPs but to be the best scientist I could! my mentor and the man that took me in that day saved my life, James was his name, and he will forever be the reason I want to help young researchers that are lost. Not only in the research community but in life, I truly believe to be good at something you have to be good on the inside, that was something I learned from James's many pep talks he would give me when a test failed, or I had a rough day. The fire he had to help make people's lives better burns in me to this day and I will stop at nothing to make him proud! I feel he watched over me, I can sense his strength when things get tough or dangerous and I know with him in my heart I can do anything. I want to make myself the best researcher there can be so I can continue to spread his love and passion to every person in not only this department but this entire facility! I will be the voice of theirs that aren't loud, and I will help people thrive in their stay here, with my knowledge of the SCPs I've grown up watching and seeing I will only go up from here. No matter what I will always keep my study to domesticating these SCPs a priority in my mind because they deserve since so many of them have lived hundreds of lifetimes and just need some love and someone to understand them.
Now here I am today, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the site ever since I was rescued so many years ago, but something still felt like it was missing, like my work isn't done yet, I'm still needed somewhere. Was it a family? Was it a life outside the foundation? None of these seem like the answer to me, I've felt lost in the foundation like I have more to do in life than research, I have wondered all through the foundation's halls looking for what I need in this next chapter of my like and after a lot of thinking I have realized exactly where I should put my strengths time and love into and that feels right is Ethics! After everything I've seen in my life Ethics has always missed something and seemed to need a special touch to keep not only research running well but every department! Although I love research, I consider it my home and my colleagues as my family. I know I can do more to help this foundation that has saved my life, and besides I will still be with my family. I would be working alongside my new extended family the Ethics Committee, in my opinion the only way to keep improving the Committee is to have Jules and Jewel working together to better this foundation.
