Passionate about the research department, would make a great director. Very relaxed individual to the point it annoys me (please read the documents you sign ?)
But that attitude puts everyone at ease and makes for a fun time for all. Honest to God, throw this guy and Executive Researcher Dino on the table as both directors and you have a power team of order and entertainment.
