Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: So currently in THE WHOLE of my time on the server I have 1 Ban, and 2 Warns (I say 2 but its 1 warn for 2 reasons). To begin the ban.
-The ban was a 3 day ban for the reason of "LTAP". The story behind this is one day during my first week on the server it was ~2am, I cant remember exactly other then it was late, I was combat level like 3, and wanted some more combat XP, so due to me previously not having read the rules to the fullest I stabbed other D-Class and got off for the night, and awoke to being banned the next day. The warning is for FailRP and Hitbox Abuse, the FailRP part is due to me mentioning FearRP in VC once during a situation, and in the same situation I jumped like twice during a firefight with a GENSEC Sergeant. Other then those my record is clean.

Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
Lets begin with my primary reason, I WANT TO HELP. Ever since my time in A-1 I have been playing some D-Class and other odd jobs around the site grabbing a grasp at the state of everything, and honestly what I've seen isn't what I see when I think of the potential behind a department. I personally dont want to see the server deteriorate because of something like this because I've had genuine fun on here, something I havent had in quite some time. I personally want to take up the role of Site Advisor to not only help out with these issues but also to take my experience of GMOD RP servers (5+ Years on GMOD RP Servers, more then half are in leadership/moderation positions) and help those that are only on this server or who simply haven't played RP servers that long. I would also like to partake in a non-combative position, compared to rushing in and thinking of everything with a gun, I want to think of a more strategical position and improve my talking ability and overall get to know more people around the facility. To continue, I want to take my activity (several hours a day, 5 days a week, every week besides big breaks from school) and use this to be on site at all available times and constantly overlooking and improving whatever I would be assigned over. During my time as an Executive Researcher, Although short im aware, I have gotten a very good grasp at the role a CL4 takes around site and wish to take the work ethic I put towards the ScD into the Site Administration team. The current Site Director has said himself he is looking for people that "have ambition" and "well rounded and active inviduals". I feel I fit these roles perfectly. I have experience in both Combat and Non-Combat roles, I have not only taken the time to learn the ins and outs of my current role to perfect my ability to help, IE. My position within the sample limits helping and representing the research department with getting these, the document and limits of which (2000mL's limit was my suggestion) are now used site wide. I have experience over watching the site thanks to my time in A-1 when there was a lack of O5 on and I would patrol the site inspecting for any CoC violations, or potential infobreaches, getting to know each department. I can confidentially say I know how most departments work thanks to the wide range of responsibilities I have held under several positions.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
What makes me suitable to be a Site Advisor; Well to me its several factors. The first of which is activity. I am on as previously mentioned, Several hours a day, 5 days a week, every week, besides big breaks from school due to IRL situation. This activity will allow me to not only work closely alongside whoever and whatever regiment I am assigned to in a consistent pattern but also let me get to know everyone and help them feel safer coming to me with issues they have so that I may be able to properly handle it within a timely manner. The second factor is communication, if there is ONE thing I ensure is ALWAYS with me is my communication, I ensure everyone who needs to know of any possible LOA's or anything regarding my activity is made aware as soon as I can, but im active on discord EVERY DAY. If anyone needs to talk to me DM me on discord and I Will get back within the hour, and if not its because im at school or asleep, but normally I'll get back within the hour available to talk about anything. This communication policy I hold to a high standard is a very important trait to me and its one I will always keep behind an open door letting anyone who wants to, or needs to talk to me about something can find me in a timely manner and get a response from myself at any time. and finally, the last trait is experience. While yes when looking at CG SCPRP alone, Its not quite as impressive, but under my belt I have 4+ YEARS of GMOD RP Experience, a lot more then most, especially considering 95% of my 35 hours on GMOD is RP Servers, This experience lets me take a different stance on things and lets me think about situations in several manners to truly determine a good course of action. I also feel what makes me suitable for site advisor is my overall willingness to talk things out, and question decisions if I can see a problem, and unlike others who would just agree and walk past and allow issues to foster, I would suggest new ideas to attempt and fix all the problems instead of neglecting some smaller ones.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Site administration is in the name, They administrate the site to ensure all duties of the individual under them is being upheld in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. They are also to be assigned over a division to "Review" them where they look at a bunch of factors relating to that division and give it a rating and ways it could improve. These systems allow regiments and division as a whole to improve and see their flaws to where they know what to work on at all times. To list the basic duties of an advisor would be
-Authorize sweeps of D-Block in times without captains.
-Authorize proper measures to help patch the leak if info happens to seep to those who should have it
-attend to basic CL4 duties IE. Helping those below them, be a leader and teacher, help the people below them learn

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
John Iceland: "Uhhh sure researcher, Come with me into my office and I'll take a look at that test idea."
Site Director Transient: "Executive, moment of you time please! My and the site inspector would like a quick talk."
"Oh of course Director, one moment researcher, just wait by the door. What did you need Director."
"We saw your application for Site Advisor, and we quickly wanted to just ask you about a few thing."
O5-4: "Yes executive, Im sure you know who I am so I will not be going into detail here in the open. Either way you application has been seen by us Site Inspectors. We think you'd make a good fit, especially due to the recent openings."
"Why thank you sir, I presume there is more to it however, paperwork or more things to learn like with my promotion to executive?"
"Of course executive, being over the site is a much bigger responsibility. If you'll take a walk so we can talk more... in private."
*The three walk to the floor 3 elevator, where the door eventually opens, inside are 2 ISD Members to greet the overseer"
"You're fine executive, your with us."
*The three get into the elevator and go up to the next floor*
"Advisor suit and card, ASAP."
"Roger sir, moving."
*The ISD operative responds almost instantly and goes into a nearby room, and walks out with a suit and keycard, He hands it to the overseer who sends it down the line to Iceland, who hangs the suit over his forearm and holds the keycard in the same hand.*
"There's what you need. As an executive you know about the majority of our secrets you should know within this position, anything new you need to know will be emailed to you shortly. Why dont you head over to your new office and get situated, advisor."
"Thank you sir, I'll make sure to make this my best work."
"You better."
*John shortly leaves floor 3 the way he came in, followed by the site director who escorts him to his office, gives him the password to his computer and hands him his first assignment.*
"Good luck John, hope to see you do well!"
