Why are you applying for Security Captain?
-I was encouraged to apply by multiple Captains, which gave me the confidence to pursue this position. I’m also looking to improve how effectively I can get things done within the facility. With the authority of this role, I want to focus on training personnel properly and guiding new cadets so they understand expectations early on. My goal is to help the faculty run more smoothly and efficiently overall
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
-I have prior experience as a Sergeant, where I consistently demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond my duties. I’ve also assisted in handling several R.C.L. and H.W.L. tryouts, giving me experience in evaluating and training personnel. Additionally, I serve as an assistant in G&I, which has helped me develop leadership, organization, and training skills that are directly applicable to this role
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
-Security Captains hold a junior CL4 position and are responsible for overseeing job bans, conducting license tryouts, and working closely with the Chief of Security to maintain order within the facility—especially in areas like D-Block. They coordinate with sub-regiments and manage training for G.S.D. personnel, including weapons training and general facility knowledge. They also collaborate with MTF units to ensure overall site safety and operational effectiveness.

-Johnny Rando is an honorably discharged U.S. Marine who later transitioned into the private security sector, taking on high-risk covert operations. During one such mission, he was unexpectedly captured and transported to the facility after being identified as a highly capable candidate for security operations.
