What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number): O5-4 because i strongly believe that I have what it takes to apply for this position. As a long term CL5 holding individual. I know and understand what it takes to control and produce RP in an environment. I can provide RP that can both please the masses and still stay within the realms of "realistic" expectations. Seeing that this is what i do on CI most of the time. Throughout my time on this server i have met and talked to many council and ethics teams, I have played both sides of AO. With this knowledge i can work cohesively between all factions.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I have a year and 1/2 of CL5 experience including having to deal with/punish/manage many people at once. I have experience with Document making and a knack for File organization and SCPTNET computer filing.
I also see a true potential of RP that can be created between CI and O5 as they are related to each other. I have made countless efforts to do back door deals and covert operations to extend the knowledge and trust that can be gained through these.
Leadership. I have both lead on the front lines and from the back. So i have a wide perspective on when its a good time to interfere or to assist certain things.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
- Creating and Leading RP Scenarios
- Making sure each department is operating as best as it can
- Maintaining site stability during dangerous situations such as extreme breaches and riots
- Representing the gold standard of rp to other players by engaging with fellow players in interesting and compelling ways
- Making/enforcing the Code of Conduct

Due to his intellect and relentless dedication, he quickly climbed the ranks, gaining the trust of his colleagues and superiors. However, beneath this façade of professionalism was a dangerous ambition that drove him to explore the dark intersection of human anatomy and cybernetic enhancement in ways that violated ethical boundaries.
Obsessed with creating the ultimate obedient Soldier for the Foundation, Dorn embarked on a series of unethical experiments. He meticulously blended human physiology with advanced technology, implanting cybernetic devices into unsuspecting co-workers. His experiments aimed to synthesize aspects of the human soul, believing that harnessing this essence would allow him to manipulate behavior and enhance compliance. Such reckless undertakings went unnoticed for some time, as he carefully concealed his actions under the guise of legitimate and proper documentation of forged signatures of consent.
Dorn's experiments grew increasingly invasive as he pushed the limits of human enhancement. He conducted surgeries without proper consent, using sedatives to keep subjects docile while he manipulated their bodies. Reports of behavioral changes in his co-workers began to circulate, but Dorn dismissed them as mere anomalies. He was confident that the end justified the means and believed he was paving the way for revolutionary advancements.
The turning point came when one of Dorn's subjects, a close colleague who had begun to exhibit alarming changes in personality, threatened to expose the experiments. Driven by desperation, Dorn took drastic measures to silence the whistleblower, leading to an investigation that would ultimately unravel his web of deceit. The facility's administration, alerted to suspicious activities, launched a investigation into Dorn's actions, leading to the uncovering of evidence that revealed his unethical practices.
As the investigation unfolded, Dorn was confronted with the consequences of his actions. The evidence of his experiments was undeniable, and he was terminated from his position. He was later recruited into a private off the books roster of Engineers that were tasked with maintaining robotic limbs for a certain project. Later down the line to be picked up by the Foundation and its Close Facility Site-65. where he still works till this day.
