The application feels pretty lackluster, and I’d deny it based on quality alone. The standards for this position should be high, it’s not something to take lightly if we want to build a progressive, engaging, and welcoming environment.
On top of that, the applicant only holds two whitelisted positions, both of which are primarily combative roles. That kind of experience doesn’t necessarily translate well to a role that requires creativity, initiative, and the ability to shape meaningful RP or organizational direction. Purely combative experience doesn’t reflect that mindset, and that’s where this application ultimately falls short.
