Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
I've Recently come back to the server and I enjoy Non Combative roles for the RP. I want to be able to Create and reinforce RP and help out with the department as much as I can. Ive Enjoyed and reinforced the past role play as Site admin, Ethics, O1, and E11 and would like to create an environment that is fun and engaging with Medical and other Departments.
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
My experience as Site Admin and Ethics reinforces my commitment to standard and RP. I Have more than enough experience in Leadership positions to prove I am capable and responsible for roles in Medical. My time in Site admin my leadership style was allow the departments to make their dicisions in the places the matters the most to them and assist with contradictions and or make sure all policies are inline with foundation goals. My time as an Ethics Member, If ethical standards need to change for the better of the site we would talk with each other and make life better for site and RP.
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
For surgeries one must create the RP for the surgery, Such as diagnosing a wound and or a emergency problem that needs surgery (Necrotic Tissue, Appendix, Wound made by an SCP and or Person for example) Surgeries have to have some basis for RP, because Surgeries could alter storylines and how the patient acts. First you have to diagnose the problems and take proper steps, such as a cut and bleeding wound. Second take proper actions such as a tourniquet to stop bleeding before stitches. third is to give pain medication, numbing agent, or anesthesia for the patient if requested or as needed. fourth actively follow through with what you think right for the procedure, then if you want to spice up the RP, Roll your actions such as stitching the wound up correctly, or wrapping the appendage correctly, or CPR working or Defibs working. Have interesting multi stringing RP with the surgery. fifth Complete the surgery with the patient and if its something serious like open heart move them to recovery wing to recover.
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
Host Tryouts for combat medic
Host Medical license Test for trainees
Create new internal policies for medical while working with the DPT. Directors.
Conduct medical procedures
Talk to other departments as a neutral department
Manage your Sub Departments
Uphold CoC and CoE standards at all times.
Work with research for new discoveries to better medicine
Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Madden San Miguel, Ex Member of the esteemed Ethics Committee Class - E'd into forgetting the CL5 knowledge yet remembers the time and purpose of being Ethics. Thought to of Vanished from Site-65 and the Committee as a whole but was actually sent on a Leave of Absence by the current Chair of the Committee for Madden San Miguel's previous actions that don't align with the chair's expectations. Madden Miguel Went through Re training and mental conditioning to align with the ideal of For the Foundation not for self. Maddens Ego and unwillingness to change breaks with this training, converting him into someone who might be crude when spoken to but someone who cares for the lives of personnel, Hence why his interest in Medical. This is a test for Madden Miguel, but this doesn't mean if given a classified drug he wouldn't slip back into his old ways.
