Why are you applying for Security Captain?
- I'm applying for security captain because I want to take further steps in helping improve GENSEC and making sure the facility is a safer place as a whole. We need more captains and I feel I can more then adequately utilize the position in an appropriate manner.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- I feel I am suitable for security captain due to the following reasons:
1. Active - I have been playing on and off for several months now and am starting to kick my activity up quite a bit as I get more involved on the US server to help organize and direct cadets/officers.
2. Leadership Experience - I was a prior general on CG MRP and have plenty of management experience with security in helping direct cadets/officers to doing the proper procedures and assisting them with their tasks so they can operate to the best of their ability with the tools they currently have.
3. Reasonable/Usually Pleasent - I'm relatively understanding to confusing issues and give fellow foundation personnel chances to learn from mistakes. If they continue to do nonsense I do not try to RDM them but rather take them to IA respectively. I try my best to be pleasent with individuals as long as they are not being unrealistic/ridiculous or mingy. This does mean that when dealing with d class especially I can sometimes come off a bit more aggressive.
4. Can function under Pressure - I've dealt with Dblock for ages at this point and I can see when things are not going well and need readjustment. I constantly communicate over comms to help direct security officers/cadets, try my hardest to organize individuals in d block to escorts/airlock and am able to respond and note when issues are starting to occur.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- A security captain is responsible for the supervision of security and enforcing the guidelines the department head has set for the department. This includes organizing security officers/cadets so that they can function properly, allocating tasks to sergeants so they can help manage their respective units, maintaining consistent riot and heavy training protocols to keep fresh forces in riot control and help the chief and fellow security command to improve the department overall by identifying areas were issues are occuring and suggesting solutions to these issues.
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Man Manson worked as a police officer in the city of ******* before going to college for an advanced criminal justice degree. He was recruited into the foundation as a result of great performance in his department. After taking on the position as a security officer, he worked his way through the ranks to eventually become a security captain, where he would oversee the safety of the PW/LCZ and D block operations along side other security command members.
