Why are you applying for Security Captain?

I am applying for the position of Security Captain because I wish to Be able to attempt to increase the quality of the General Security Department. I also wish to attempt to increase the number of riot officers that the General Security Department has Due to the comparatively low numbers of RRT officers that Gensec has compared to the Sergeants.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:

I am able to act as A Stabilizing Force for the D block. I am able to be on when little to no captains are on which allows Gensec to have a CL4 on who is able to call sweeps when the D class start acting up late at night. I have been A riot Sergeant for the vast majority of my hours so I should be able to take the leap and become a captain

- Managing the General Security Department
- Managing D Block and making sure that Research Can proceed Smoothly.
- Punish misbehaving members of the General Security Department and reward those who do good.
- Hold Tryouts for Riot and Heavy Licensee
- Managing RRT and posting them At places as requirewd

Rank: Riot Sergeant
Marlowe Cain was a Police Officer in the town of [REDACTED] North Dakota. He was investigating a missing person case with three other officers when he encountered an instance of SCP-6448
One of the Officers perished after triggering SCP-6448 The partner of that Officer subsequently is believed to have perished when he opened fire on SCP-6448.
Officer Cain and his partner Officer [REDACTED] came upon SCP-6448 while investigating a cabin close to the two missing Officers.
Officer [REDACTED] ended up triggering SCP-6448.
While his partner was killed Officer Cain Was able to barricade himself in the nearby cabin So that when SCP-6448 Attempted to eliminate him he was able to terminate it but in the process lost his radio.
Officer Marlowe was recruited into the General Security Department due to the good work he has shown as an officer of the law and his ability to survive against SCP-6448. This incident was blamed on wildlife and amnestic's were administered as needed.]
