Why am I applying for Executive Researcher?
The reason I'm applying for Executive Researcher is because I want to help other researchers in the way others helped me when I was starting out. The research department has a lot of great people that I enjoy interacting and spending time with. I would also like to say that most of my hours come from conducting research, writing documents, and just simply talking to other personnel on site as a researcher. To add on, I would like to show off my experience I have by playing researcher and E-11. The knowledge I have of these two roles I think would really benefit other researchers and help them see outside the box when it come to interacting with other site personnel.

What makes me Suitable for Executive Researcher?
My knowledge of the research department, E-11, and heavy containment zone makes me very capable of helping other research staff do the research they want to do. I would be able to tell them what the research department while simultaneously keeping E-11's best interest in mind. This would improve the relationship of the Research department and E-11.

Aside from that, I have some personal qualities that I would like to mention. The first I would like to mention is patience. Patience plays a key role when it comes to helping other researchers. Some need more time for information to process, some need you to explain a concept further, or a researcher might be completely lost on a concept. This has happened to all of us and I think it is valuable to take the time and work with a researcher make sure they can understand what they are trying to get across. In turn you have the potential to make one of the most valuable researchers at the foundation just because you put a little bit more effort in making sure they know what they are doing. The other "quality" I would like to mention is being altruistic. For those that don't know what that word means, it stands for being able to put other first. This is a very good trait because it is what defines the line between senior and executive researcher. Executive researchers need to put others ahead of them because they are the ones research personnel go to when they need help. With this position I feel like you need to be able to put others first because you are the one that signs documents, give test suggestions, and most of all gives advice. Even just suggesting something small could lead them to think of something bigger and you were the one that sparked their imgination.

How many excellent documents have I written?
And what makes a excellent document?
As of now I have written 6 excellent documents, 4 of them being interviews, and 2 of them being cross test. I believe I have a fundamental understanding on what makes a document excellent as opposed to good.
The 4 Fundamentals of a excellent document
The First Page

The first page of a document is like the hook of a introudction paragraph. You need something to hook your reader and make them want to read your report. This will help prevent the reader from going in with a hesitant attitude and, like people, you want to leave a good first impression. Personally I like to have a photo on the first page so the reader knows what I'm talking about and is intrested on I would be doing with that anomulous looking thing. You could also put the description as your first page because it help the reader understand why your test on this anomaly and the back story of said anomaly.
Formatting
Formatting shows that you took the time and effort to make sure that the information looked presentable to the reader. Information is easily received when it is presented neatly rather than information that is kinda just scattered every where. Good formatting makes it easier for the reader to wrap their head around the concept you are trying to convey to them. Formatting is like a clean desk, you know were everything is and it's presentable compared to an unorganized desk where everything is scattered everywhere and is unpresentable.
Purpose
Wrting a document without a reason is eating and drinking for the sake of eating drinking. You need a good reason to write a document so you know what you are trying to get out of a study. When you start looking for a good reason to conduct a test on a SCP you should ask yourself the following questions. "What do I want to know about this anomaly or what do I want from it" and "How will this benefit me and/or the foundation". When writing a purpose always include the foundations best intrest because it can risk your document not getting a excellent even though you put a lot of effort into it.
Hypothesis
Your Hypothesis is what you think will happen during your test and also sets the foundation for your conclusion. A hypothesis can be based on prior experience or something you read, but CAN NOT be from the actual test you are trying to conduct. A good hypothesis gives you more to write about in your conclusion even in the event your test does not go the way you want it to go. Your hypothesis should also include the intrest of the foundation and how your "educated guess" can help the foundation if found to be true.

Responsibilities of a Executive Researcher
Executive researchers should be the personnel that Jr. to Sr. research personnel should go to when they need help with something. Executives researchers need to take the time and make sure that research personnel have valid information, good instruction, and most of all, make research personnel want to seek for them for advice for whatever they need. Executives researchers also need to approve/grade documents, sign off on test, and provide constructive critism if needed. Executives should also watch over other research personnel to make sure they are upholding the standards of the Ethics Committee when preforming research and making sure to let them know when they fail to do so. They also need to watch how research personnel act around other site personnel and make sure they are being proffesional and not saying/doing anything they are not supposed to. If a researcher has failed to act professionally or has made many ethical violations then a job ban will be needed but this is only to be a last resort option, job banning someone without good reason could lead to the loss of the executive role.

Character Lore
Don Howard was a chemist from Arkansas that moved to North Dakota because of a job offer. Don Howard was your average southern man, he loved his truck which was a F-150 and had an odd addiction to cornbread. He also would take off work for two weeks during the summer time to visit his family in Canada. But, this last summer would be his last summer of normalcy. Don Howard was on the highway and saw a UPS looking box truck on the side of the road and decided to investigate because he had some knowledge on how to fix vehicles. When he got out of his truck he saw this strange looking mask but before he could investigate it he got knocked out from behind. While Don Howard was on the ground the foundation ran a background check on him found out that Don possed a lot of intellect and could prove useful to the foundation. Eventually, Don Howard was brought to the foundation and strapped to a chair until he woke up. Once, Don awoke from his slumber foundation staff started speaking to him about his life. He went on and on about his family, truck and cornbread, but eventually was amnesticized with Class-E and forgot all about his family, job, name, and some of his background. After this injection he would go on to be a researcher known as Mayuri Kurotsuchi due to his favorite anime bleach and his code name was F-150 owner due to obvious reasons. While working as researcher Mayuri would conduct interviews, gather samples to do chemistry with, and Did a couple cross test between SCP's. Around the time Mayuri was a Sr.Researcher he joined the Mobile Task Force Epislon-11 due to his expierance with gun safety and handling from his southern background. Now Mayuri is a Sr.Researcher that insipires to be an Executive Researcher because he wants to help people and is a SGT in Epsilon-11.
