For how long have you played on CG SCP: I believe I have just over 168 hours now.
Age: 19 (Can count 20 if you want too as I will be 20 soon...)
In what country are you located?: Canada
Time zone: MST
Character name(s): Michael Calvin
Civilian name: Jordon Croft

What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA

Do you have a mic?:
- Yes.

List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- ISD Investigator.

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- Yes. 1 RDM warning, and 1 Ban. The RDM case was due to a incident that involved many people of a surface war and someone reported me for RDM and staff determined I was at fault. The ban was due to a misunderstanding of me only asking if I can preform a "cavity search" where they didn't believe that even asking was appropriate. I did get off easy only with a 1 day ban.

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
- I truthfully want to take on the leadership roles and positions to allow myself to develop more skills and assist new ISD personal with learning proper procedures to make for a better image of what the ISD is meant to stand for and be. I also believe that being a leader can allow for me to personally develop life skills that I can utilize in a workplace setting and allow for me to volunteer for more positions to test and experiment what I succeed at and what I need to work on. In a more focus for ISD, I do want to assist the department as they have taken me in and threated me very well and fairly, and I simply just wish to repay that favor back by continuing the growth of ISD.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
- Truthfully, that is up to you as the reader to determine. I understand that having both a warning and a ban on my record doesn't appear as the best option for having someone in a leadership role, however I believe that I want to grow and prove that I am someone who can be put in a position of trust to redeem myself and prove my capability's. So far, I have been able to assist in situations where legal codes and legal laws come into place and demonstrate proper procedures for an interview and investigation. Those are my current strengths and though others posses their own ways of being considered suitable, it all determines of their performances and capability's.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
- Professionalism, Maturity, Openness, Observation, Open ended questions, Neutrality, Adaptability, Open to learning new outcomes, Leadership, Time management, Team leader, and so much more.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
- I have written quite a few documents, however one major one of that I look back on was a report that I made of a document containing the findings and security concerns of a [REDACTED] document. The investigation lasted hours and I wrote so much details that I ended up submitting it to my superior officer who approved it and appalled me for the time and effort spent on the document. Now, the document in question wasn't as big of a concern as originally thought to be, but it still was appreciated and still showed the commitment of time and effort of care to ensure proper procedures and guidelines were followed.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
- By my understanding, they watch over the lower ranks as a low ranked officer / sergeant, they approve documents as a signing supervisor, act as a field supervisor upon need or request, ensure the deportment of ISD personal, and behave as a senior member others can rely upon for questions or concerns. Many other duties and responsibilities are held, however these are the ones I see the most and are crucial.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
- It goes back to what I said before of my suitability. However, a leader isn't just someone born or has a certain set of skills. A leader can be someone who is simply inspiring or motivating to others to be given their trust to help lead them upon a rightful path. I personally believe that I want to be that person who can not just only hold a torch and keep it for myself, but instead to pass on the flame to others to step up and develop those leadership skills and allow for their own growth. Because that is only when you can see yourself as someone of a good leadership model.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Michael Calvin, Age 35. Michael was a former Sergeant for the RCMP F division. Michael was nobody special but knew how to preform his job well. However, one day when Michael was out on a call of a homicide, him and a small team of 2 Constables were out in the forest investigating tracks of their possible suspect. Upon investigating further, they found the trail led them into a small den where they immediately discovered the body of a deceased MTF operative who's body was decomposed. Upon investigating further, the body was that of the other individual of the original investigation. Upon going to look further into the matter, SCP-106 created a pocket dimension and took 1 of the RCMP Constables with him. Immediately, Michael attempted to grab unto him, but it was too late and he was gone. Michael and his other Constable immediately evacuated the area and attempted to rush back to their vehicles. However, SCP 106 made a re-appearance and grabbed onto the second Constable's leg. However, this time Michael was able to shoot his firearm at 106, which distracted 106 long enough to allow for allow for the Constable to limp away. However, he fell and his leg was beginning to decay with each step he took. He collapsed and Michael was going to retrieve him until SCP-106 appeared before the injured constable and grabbed his head and decayed his flesh infront of Michael. Michael discharged his firearms at SCP-106 until his magazine ran empty. 106 was approaching slowly and Michael was about to accept his fate, until a Blackhawk MTF helicopter with speakers played sounds of a loud screaming male crying and pleading for the pain to stop. This led 106 to smile and retreat back into his pocket dimension where he wouldn't appear again. As soon as the area was cleared, MTF Operatives swarmed the area and held Michael at gun point. But, a Major of MTF E-11 appeared and applauded his bravery and commitment of standing his ground. He immediately offered Michael a job with the SCP foundation with the promise that actions such as what he witnessed today wouldn't happen again if he comes and joins the foundation. Michael Accepts and slowly climbs up the ranks and hopes to become a leader and pass down knowledge and his experience to new recruits, while also learning more about them as individuals to better their skills and individuality.
