Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine?
I am applying for Director of Medicine because I have the skills and experience needed to move medical toward a brighter future. I've been apart of the Medical Department for a couple months now, having served a few months as Consultant a couple years ago, and I want to see medical be the best it can be. I want to push forward projects for the Department that will involve all medical personnel, keeping things fresh and removing the monotonous loop of "heal, heal, heal".
What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?:
I have been a part of the medical team for a number of months now, doing my best to make medical a better department. I have many ideas and plans for medical that would benefit the department, teaching doctors about all the different aspects of the role, as well as more information about the anomalies that they'll treat patients for. I also have experience in other fields of leadership, having been a Special agent since August, and an ECA since April. I also have experience as Sr. CL4, having been a Nu-7 Major a couple of years ago.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?:
- Managing and ensuring the Medical Department is operating smoothly
- Working in coordination with Site Admin and Site Command to ensure sitewide policies are followed
- Reviewing and Approving Consultant Applications
- Working alongside other MLT to create RP scenarios/projects for Medical
- Attending Sr. CL4 meetings to give/receive feedback
- Create/Rework department documents to keep them up to date with current policies and protocols.
