Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying for Site Advisor because I want to play a larger part on the servers Roleplay landscape, creating RP scenarios for everyone that promote a positive and memorable experience. One of my favorite things I do on the server is interact with other people on site, assisting them when able to. I want to use my experience on the server to encourage people to interact with each other more and create better bonds between people. I also want to represent Site Admin on the hours where most are off site, making sure that Site Admin is a group that is always seen and available.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I am suitable for Site Admin because of my experience on the server:
- I've had experience in roles that primarily focus on Roleplay, where my actions and decisions have created roleplay scenarios for several departments that have lasted up to several months. I have spent a total of 9 months (First in April 2023, then again since April 2025) as an Ethics Assistant. I have also spent a total of 3 months (First in March 2023, then again since August 2025) as a Medical Consultant.
- I have been in roles where I manage departments, such as Nu-7, where I was a part of the CO team from October 29, 2023 - January 23, 2024. I was Nu-7 Major when UNGOC went to war with Foundation (after Joese JFK'd the General when he was COM), where I assisted with peace talks and treaties after the main fight was over.
- I have great communication and problem solving skills, stemming from my experience as CO's in UNGOC and Nu-7. I've helped Ethics deal with situations within departments that violated the Code of Ethics. I also have been apart of and actively working on projects for the Medical Department, which include all medical personnel.
- I'm able to dedicate my time to Site Administration, being able to be on site during inactive hours (low-pop) where Site Administration may need to be represented.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Ensuring communications and collaboration between all site departments and regiments.
- Reviewing and Auditing departments and regiments, ensuring they are up to standard and operating correctly
- Managing GOI relations alongside DEA
- Appointing Department Directors (Except for RSD and ISD) and MTF Commanders (Except A-1 and O-1)
- Authorizing AA, Passive Breaches, Tests, D-Block Sweeps, and Raids
- Leading the Site and helping personnel when possible
