What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I Have plenty of prior experience, I have time and time again worked my way up. Been forced to leave. I now have been extremely active over the past month working alongside my GOC Comrades, I have looked back over myself and from what I have done. I want to work with the Server again in a leadership role proper. I have prior experience as a O5, I know almost every member of SA, EC, And O5.

I have spent plenty of time on the server, I wish to make sure; again. That the server is ran properly and not burnt down.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
The O5 Council is the primarily ruling body that Handles the Foundation, its running and how the Operations are toiled within day-to-day operations and dolling out work to Specific Departments and directives to Senior Members to handle. They approve Extreme- Documentation and handle Treaties between Factions. O5 Also control Alpha-1. Its duties and various operations it works in with the O5 Council.

The O5 Handle all Major SCL4 Positions ( Site-Administration Oversight, Alpha-1 Command, Overseer Council, Overseer Assistant, DEA Director )

Transient was one of the O5s I looked up to when I was an Overseer Assistant. He does his job very well and yes there might of been mistakes here and there. Everyone makes mistakes. It's a common thing that everyone does and it shouldn't be held upon against him over one little thing. Overall I've had great interactions when he is GOC, CI or Foundation. He does his job very well in the past and I've had no issues with him. I believe that someone with past experience OA & O5 is probably the best you can get. Especially as he was Site Adminstration so many times I believe he can be an excellent personnel within the facility.

Another thing I'd like to say about Starling is he is one of the best roleplayer lore or in-game doesn't matter. He has so much creative things within roleplay and that is what I like to see from O5 in the past and current. 24/7 combat gets boring and I don't really like that. Non-combative need something else and give good RP and Transient is one of the best choice to give out RP to every player on the server.
