What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
I am applying for the position of O5-4 as I have enjoyed my time as a member of Site Administration and as a Member of the Ethics Committee. Since I have enjoyed my time in these positions I wish to experience the duties of O5 and I wish to complete a new RP from a different perspective than what I've been working with for the last 9 months. Seen by my GM requests I wish to conduct more storyline RP and I believe the position of O5 would assist with that process. Something I would also like to do with the position of O5 is unify Site Command in the form of mending relations with Ethics and creating a more powerful version of Site Command that has fewer inner conflicts and pushes out more changes.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I am currently the best candidate for the role of O5-4 due to my experience. My time in the Ethics Committee, whether it's as Chairman, Vice Chairman, or Ethics Member, shows that I understand the inner workings of Site Command and I understand how to properly function as a member of Site Command. I would also like to note that during my time as an Ethics Committee Member, I also created RP with the UNGOC and E-11 involving termination trials of SCPs, including but not limited to SCP-682, Type-Green, and SCP-457. During my time on the Ethics Committee, I also created RP in the form of the D-Class work program, which I re-introduced to the site on 3/14/2024. My time as a site advisor has given me a more hands-on perspective that I believe will benefit me if I were to be accepted for O5. During my time in Site Administration, I have created RP for E-11 in many forms [I am the SA rep for E-11], such as the recent project I put out in collaboration with Raixin. I have also created RP for E-11 in the form of bringing them out of HCZ to host small patrols. My time in the Ethics Committee, Site Administration, Omega-1 Command, and CI Command show that I have the skills required to become a member of the O5 Council, such as leadership, patience, adaptability, and communication skills. I would also like to note that from my experience as both Site Administration, CI-C BCOM, and Chairman in maintaining relations with external GOI and creating RP that benefits both groups. When I was chairman, I would host small RP events on surface such as bible study, and for the UNGOC, when I was an Ethics Committee Member, I would invite the UNGOC onsite for testing, such as the termination attempts listed above. I have also demonstrated the ability to RP with several operations I have hosted including - "Operation The Cure", Operation Anti Depressants", "Operation The Cure II", "Operation Insanity", "Wellness Checks", "Project Pestilence", "Project Mentality", "Project Quantum Entanglement", and another "Project Pestilence".
