What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number)
I'll be applying for O5-4 with my code name being 'The Lunatic'. With the reasoning behind my application being again to reiterate
a prior application reason "to both promote and enable roleplay and interaction with higher ups." I know for this specific reasoning it may seem pretty simplistic, but I really want people to feel like higher ups aren't going to just ignore people and run around. I really want to allow people to experience early interactions with O5 like how I did when I was much greener around the ears and actually allow people to spread their wings and actually experiment with things that normally they'd never even dare to attempt. This obviously would also include other departments and hopefully even involve GOIs in interaction considering how limiting it would be if I were to just ignore the rest of site and the area around it. I really do want to try to empower people to go for more interesting things and push for more interaction and alternative to regular loops of entertainment when it comes to some of these regiments, and or departments.

What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?
What makes me the best candidate is going to be at the very least will be a few things...
First, I'll say again it would be... Experience especially now given I've held onto both combative and non-combative roles for the entire time I've been on the server. From climbing the ranks of Research all the way till I became a director of research, and medical I dabbled in when I was starting off; and with combative I started out under Cornlious in GSD, jumping ship over to E-11, and after jumping over to O-1. Given my time in all of those places I obviously tried my hand in learning and growing from all of the leadership I was under and taking some small amount of note on how to actually keep people from losing it. While this is where we circle back to non-combative experience in the form of Site administration where I've been further honing my skills in actual back-end leadership, and generalized order creation/project management skills beyond what I'd learned from my time as a research director.
Secondly, again I'll be saying activity. I know from firsthand experience that the site as a whole does really improve when either S-COM and or F-COM are actually available to physically speak to sometimes all a project needs to finally get that final push to the starting line of a real live test is that experienced person giving some sage advice or giving them some light incentive of actually watching over that persons passion project in action. While another part is both past and ongoing activity and presence on the server when it comes to actually being there for the people and being accessible to bounce ideas off of and give some at minimum insight into something you're being asked about.
