What O5 role are you applying for?
I am applying for the position of O5-4. I feel that this position would suit me well as I have been partially removed from the happenings of the Sr. CL4 of the server for a bit of time now and moving into any position higher than this would be uncouth. Whilst I have been overall active within the server and within the community as a GM and the leader of multiple event regiments / custom GOIs, I have not necessarily been extremely proactive within the means of the major happenings with the overhead of departments. I feel that by designating myself as 'The Professor', it shows my past leadership and role in training the Internal Security Department. Quite specifically my time leading the training division, in which I was able to train a total of 30 new agents in under a month at the behest of Site Admin. By joining the O5 Council, I will be able to once again find myself within a leadership role within the RP structure of the server, allowing myself to assist in the betterment of server health, increase roleplay potential, and allow for a much better enjoyability of the server as a whole.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 council?
I feel that my time within ISD, acting as both the lead for training, lead for personnel management, as well as the Director for a period of time have given me solid experience and ability to act as a member of the O5 council. As I have taken on these positions, as well as the position of site Advisor, I was able to provide a plethora of RP opportunities to those on site, and meaningfully improve the departments to which I was put in charge of. I have very strong mediator skills, in which I am able to quickly solve any issues or other discrepancies between departments, allowing for more proactive roleplay without the need for constant arguments between department leads. This was heavily shown in my time as Director of ISD as I was able to mediate a plethora of problems between RSD and GSD when TRT was beginning their reign within GSD. I was able to assist both departments to come to an understanding, and fully cooperate on the changes that GSD leadership were attempting to make. On top of this, I feel that I have shown my roleplay capability in my time as GM & SGM, proving that I am able to quickly, spontaneously, and aptly make well thought out roleplay scenarios for members within the Site.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?
Provide extenuated RP across the entirety of the site
Authorize Breach Assistance such as but not limited to - ERT, Code Blacks, AA, and the Alpha Warhead
Assist Department Leadership in making major decisions that heavily impact Server Health
Monitor assigned departments for faults in their leadership team
Assist in GOI negotiations & peace talks to assure that Server health is maintained whilst also providing accurate consequences for GOI interactions
Utilize Alpha-1 to monitor and maintain the Code of Conduct
Assign operations & assignments to Assistants
Coordinate with Ethics & Site Admin on discussions of changes to the FLC, Site Access Guide, and other major site-wide documentation
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP?
Commit to discussions regarding A-1 COM, OSA, & Site Director Applicants
Respond readily to discord messages when available in regards to issues pertaining to the site

Cedric Wayne, internally listed as SCP-X924-A, is a male human of unknown age. The only information known of Cedric prior to his acquisition by Site-222 in 1916 is that, through some means of experimentation by GoI-004, Cedric was implanted with SCP-X924 in his right hand. After a raid on GoI-004, multiple temporal anomalies were apprehended by operatives acting under Site-222, including several Civilians who had been experimented on. After extensive testing by research personnel at the site, it was determined that SCP-X924-A is to be designated SAFE class, with no containment procedures necessary, and employment within Site-222 permitted. Research personnel have concluded that at this time, the only anomalous effect resulting from the implantation of SCP-X924 into Cedric Wayne is that of a temporal lock of the organic makeup of Cedric Wayne. This has caused Cedric Wayne to bypass the effects of aging and leave him perpetually in the state of a 32 year old male. Cedric Wayne has shown no to have no memories of the incidents leading up to his experimentation, and has no knowledge or information of his life before being taken by GoI-004.
After employment within Site-222 was permitted, Cedric Wayne began a career within the Site's Internal Security Department. This assignment was put together at the behest of Site Manager Padre, as his ageless body and mind would allow him to carry a vast wealth of knowledge & information within the Site. Over the years, Cedric worked his way through the department, eventually being designated Site-222 Director of Internal Security in the year 1977. Cedric performed his work as the Director for many decades, amassing a wealth of information & knowledge vital to his role within the Site. Recently, due to complaints from newer staff, and the growing issues between the old staff and younger staff of Site-222, Cedric has been relocated to Site-65, in Saskatchewan Canada, at the direction of Raisa Officer Jacobson. Cedric has been brought in to Site-65 with his position intact as the Director of Internal Security, with the hope to regain at least a bit of information security, discipline, and standards across the site.
After various happenings around Site-65, Cedric was moved to the position of Site Advisor. Cedric Wayne held this position of Site Advisor for a measly month before immediately being requisitioned to Site-7 as a member of RAISA's Surveillance division. Cedric acted within this division for many moons, regularly finding dissenters across the encompassing mass of the Foundation. Cedric Wayne become a highly decorated member of RAISA's Surveillance division, being transferred from site to site, travelling across the world, looking for information breaches, lapse in security, and other problems within the Foundation. Eventually, after undertaking many a task, Cedric's accomplishments were met with the eyes of the O5 council. Cedric Wayne was called to meet in lobby with the presiding members of the council.
