I have a FailRP warning from October 20th of 2025, as per why I received it I believe was given to me for acting like a combative while on non-combative. On November 2nd of 2025 I received a warning for Meta Gaming, this was for third person abusing while playing an SCP at the time which is stupid and I really don't think I'll be doing again. On February 17th I received a warning for FearRP for blocking a door while people were ordering me to move in which I was shot, I believe that I should've just listened and moved but the tone from the people involved confused me as they sounded like they were joking. Final warning I've received was a FailRP warning on March 30th, I personally job abused to move forward an RP situation obviously I won't argue that I should've just let things play out at the pace it was going but I was impatient as the people involved were waiting for around 20 minutes. I know quite the long list of things I won't sugar coat it, but I'll try to act better in the future.

What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
I'm applying for O5-4 with the code name being 'The Scourge'. With the major reason and motivation behind my application being again I want to bring out more day-to-day RP. While Site Admin can give you the opportunity to give out amazing roleplay opportunities; and I believe that O5 will allow me to focus wholly on creation of RP. Harkening back to a former application I've written "As such I'd like to look back before I'd ever even thought of becoming an executive with starting out as a senior researcher and being roped into doing some crazy test involving SCP-008 and SCP-914 of all things by 05-2 at the time. The test was really one of the main motivators for me climbing up the ranks just so I could allow more people to have that same experience of having fun or more freeing/ or if the RP calls for it more serious RP with me and others." (Quote link 1 ) I really want to do my own type of spin on this. Pushing others to actually experience things that they either feel like they cannot do or cannot do at the current time.

Firstly being... Experience both being in combative for a good while and non-combative. While not intentionally, I've really spread my wings out to many things while being on the server. Playing research borderline religiously for around seven months dabbling in a little bit of medical, and just recently getting into becoming an assistant I've gotten my fair share of doing non-combative. Writing and reading documentation has been my life blood for great bit of the coming up to year of experience on the server. While on the flip side, I've dabbled in combative being in E-11, O-1, and finally being in CI. Which has given me a plethora of opportunities to learn what combative need when it comes to orders and interactions in terms of leadership.
Second being... Action/Activity as some of you people reading might've seen over my time on the server, I've maintained an extremely high presence on the server and a good bit on the discord. I really believe that it's important to be available both on and off the site while being a leader for the site. It doesn't matter if I'm assigned to one department or another being able to help run departments and assist in maintaining relations interdepartmentally and GOI wise really is something that I truly enjoy doing.
Third being... Freshness? While some might see this as a detrimental thing to sight. I believe being somewhat new to the whole server can bring something that the other candidates can't bring, motivation new ideas, different prospectives, different energies that others can't manifest like I can. Obviously, one might say I'm not enterally new to the server as whole, but I believe that my views can be at least seen as somewhat different compared to the rest since I'm not deeply rooted into what I believe and adhering to dogma and going on with what someone else has been doing since before my time. Obviously, I'd still be roleplaying as 05 but that doesn't mean one must do what everyone else is doing. Creativity should be something that everyone should adhere to personally when going for something like this role and I really do want to employ it in all facets

While I won't be completely restating my prior reasons on why I'd be the best candidate for O5 I'll mention a few reasons again...
The first will be... creation of Roleplay I know very creative! I've been more focused since my last applications on creating more RP, and creating more long-term RP for others. One of my projects that are currently being worked on seems to be on its way to becoming some type of event. I'd like to pride myself on really mulling over and communicating with the people who I might be introducing a project to allow for something that is actually interesting and will actually end in them working on it. The worst type of project is something that you have no interest in, but you feel obligated to work on I'd rather take my time then just push out something random if it's a project. While small scale RP can and will from time-to-time lead into larger scale RP if you play your cards right and allow for it. I believe someone should take all opportunities to RP if given the chance since this is at the end of the day an RP server.
The second will be... communication skills I know very uncreative and very overdone when it comes to mentioning in applications. But I've been in leadership in terms for both combative and non-combative. While I wasn't a CO for long since I dropped it pretty quickly after getting the DoR role. I've got the ability to communicate and actually put myself out there in a pretty professional way at most times when it really matters. I have really only honed my skills of communication while being in site admin for so long. Assisting with and then later on taking the reins for GOI relations. ( I know I'm not the perfect relations manager) I've done plenty of interviews, sit downs, and plenty of meetings...
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
-Giving out orders to both Alpha-1 and assistants
-Tribunals such as high and low court
-Authorization of some tests/cross-tests such as 008 tests and termination attempts.
-Maintaining and obviously upholding the code of conduct.
-Authorization of AA and KOS past airlock
-Calling ERT if needed
-Assisting Site Administration if needed
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
-Voting on both OSA applicants, and assisting on choosing new Overseers
-Assisting on appointing A1 commanders
-Assisting in appointing the new Site Directors
-Obviously being a RP leader which means actually creating RP for others. Either IC or on discord/TS if need be.
-If needed looking over and discussing appeals

Min Vagabonds has been involved in a great number of either extremely interesting storylines, and or extremely boring. Now for some more current things being the current investigations being undertaken linked to O5 and Ethics, the backroom deals with -2, and the always constantly changing relations of GOC which I'd love to say is a storyline.

I'm sorry D-CLASS you need to bear with any discomfort or pain for a little bit this should be a fairly simple line of tests involving some experimental chemicals. I know it sounds bad but think about it you are doing something for the greater good!
