I would like to apply for the role of -5 as I feel like I would be able to assist in overseeing my boys in Alpha-1 as well as possibly overseeing another department. I also am looking to come back to O5 and do as much as I can until I am ready to leave the server, this will pretty much be my last endeavor

What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I think I would be the best choice for O5 due to my leadership skills as well as getting work done. I have CL4 and CL5 experience, as well as general knowledge when it comes to most departments on our site. I also think I've at least talked to most of the current O5 and have general knowledge of what they do.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
The O5 are mainly the ones who keep everything in check, more specifically for the departments they overlook. they're the ones that make the Major Game changing decisions when it comes to policy, Classified Operations, They mainly do this well.... everyday usually making sure everything is in check and working as intended, as well as holding meetings with their respective departments to make sure everything is running in an orderly fashion. Another thing they do is usually work with their assistants.

What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
The main thing O5 out of RP do is usually appoint High ranking personnel such as site directors and chief of Dpts, usually CL4 Personnel positions. They also overlook these positions to make sure no corruption or issues are within that department.

OLD STORY
Jak "Dictator" Raiden was born in 1992 on May 27th in a rural part of the Northwestern Territories, Canada, with a height of around 5"11 in current times. Much about his parents are unknown but they passed away while "Dictator" was at a young age. Eventually after dropping out of college, "Dictator" would take some Gun Control and training courses and would proceed to become interested in security. Eventually, Raiden would enlist in the military and after going through about 5 weeks of boot camp, would eventually be pulled to the side by a man in a suit asking about his interest in guarding a military "Foundation". After agreeing, the man in the suit would follow some "Procedures" and "Dictator" would find himself in the ranks as a cadet in GenSec. At the time his main equipment was just an MP5A4, some elastic cuffs and basic body armor. We won't go into details about his basic training at the SCP foundation. While on duty, "Dictator" specifically looked up to Man Manson (Now Dpt. Chief of Security) and would learn how seriousness was a must. But not just seriousness, The Code of Ethics was a big thing to follow for gensec. "Dictator" would begin giving D-Class 3 warnings before opening fire while manning the Airlock on his first day. After gaining a bit more experience, he would begin escorting his first researcher to his first ever test. SCP-099.... The D-Class was to be inserted in and be told specifically to look at the painting at a kissing distance. Around 5 minutes have passed, and nothing changed, however the D-Class was told to exit the chamber. Subject seemed disturbed and began to ask why we were staring at him. "Dictator" at the time was confused however the Researcher then claimed that the subject needed "shock therapy" and had him escort him to the med bay. "Dictator" at the time, not knowing what shock therapy is, would make an alarming discovery. The D-Class was gunned down in front of him by another gensec. Not much is to be said about this incident but Dictator, coming to the realization that maybe ethics were not taken so seriously in this foundation. Despite this, Raiden continued to follow the CoE. Raiden's first breach event was not a pretty one. SCP-049 and SCP-966 would breach with the lights suddenly going out. Raiden, not being accustomed to this situation, and with no High Ranking gensec around, would head outside D-Block to see what was going on. To say the least, Raiden would be brutally maimed and almost killed by 966 while shots rang out all around him. However, after being taken to med bay, he would make a full recovery with just bearing a scar on his right eye. Days would pass, then weeks, and after a certain amount of time, Raiden would even earn his promotion to a full-on officer of Gensec. Raiden then set his eyes on MTF, growing ever more interested in being an actual military operative instead of just a regular security officer. On 6/15/22, LT Gregory "Striker" would host Nu-7 tryouts at the time and Raiden, not wanting to miss his chance attended with many others. To say this tryout was easy was an understatement. The tryout lasted 3 hours long and Raiden was exhausted by the end of it, however he prevailed and made it into MTF Nu-7 designated Hammer Down. Time would pass and unbeknownst to Raiden, a CSG of A1 at the time would begin to watch his headcam. After finishing up with a CI raid, the then SPC of Nu-7 would suddenly be taken away by a member of Internal Security. After waking up in kill house the man said "Hello, Welcome to Alpha-1 Designated Red Right Hand Tryouts, would you like to proceed?". Raiden agreed, and the tryout lasted about 30 minutes. Raiden passed with flying colors and was now officially designated "Dictator". "Dictator" had a lot of challenges ahead of him in A-1. Many CI Raids, Many Kidnappings, many documents filed. But the biggest issue was the info breaches. The amount of times "Dictator" had to host "lectures" to deal with the issue was grueling. Once "Dictator" made his way to CPL, he would earn his very own clipboard, and would begin to do some interrogations on CI. This would light something inside of "Dictator" and "Dictator" now set his goal on becoming the main interrogator of A-1, simply just because he enjoyed filing them down on paper and uploading them (At this point "Dictator" has filed up to ARC-16 of his interrogations). Eventually "Dictator" would make his way to CSG through his experience and would eventually host his very own tryouts and trainings for other personnel and A-1 members. Further down the line, after solidifying his position as a LT in A-1, "Dictator" achieved a numerous amount of goals. 1. Befriend some members of O5 as he would be guarding them for the rest of his life. 2. Become the main interrogator of A-1 and pass down his knowledge to newer recruits through trainings. 3. Run a squadron of a certain number of people in A-1. The 3rd goal was just achieved recently and now "Dictator" is the newly instated leader of Nemesis Squadron consisting of 9 members. Where "Dictators" story will continue, is unknown, but hopefully it is in the right direction..... until...

Jak Raiden would soon be appointed as Overseer assistant and soon enough would get to work. He would switch between two different identities, "Dictator" being his A-1 and "Nemesis" being his assistant identity. Continuing where we left off, dictator has actually made some pretty big advancements in his career as an A-1 Operative. A major operation was brewing to strike against the CI, specifically targeting CI DELCOM "Morning Star". To say the least, this operation was a success and already dealt with, due to its declassification, however a lot of it is redacted.

On 07/██/██ during an SCP-008 Breach, Ethics Assistant █████ was captured at the hill house near Chaos Insurgency Base after their guards were gunned down by a researcher (supposedly a chaos Deep cover). █████ was captured by the deep cover at hill house and taken to CI Base for interrogation. This in itself was an issue. █████ was then taken to lake house and was interrogated by CI-DELCOM "Morning Star". At the time █████-1 Law Enforcement, were doing a joint training with Nu-7 "Hammer Down". "Morning Star" at the time unknown to the foundation, would comms into the foundation demanding $20,000 for their safe return. "Dictator", "Heisenberg", "Meta", and "Nero" would immediately head to lake house to spectate how this was going to go down. Multiple CI were outside guarding the lake house, the door was locked and getting in would be impossible. What happened next would escalate the encounter into a full-on fire fight due to a break-down in communication and escalation of tensions with █████-1 Internal Security. Chaos would begin opening fire on the squad of 4 as they hurried back into the Humvee and began to return fire with the mounted .50 cal. Slowly but surely, they would make their way back to foundation fighting CI on the way, however "Nero" was KIA and "Dictator" was heavily wounded. "Dictator" would be resuscitated in the garage and prepare to get reinforcements to assault the lake house when "Morning Star" Comms'd in. "[CI-F] Left you a present hanging outside your door, hope you enjoy it." The said present was Ethics Assistant █████ hanging unconscious. Subject was rushed in and taken to medical as soon as possible, "Dictator" and other members of █████-1 Law enforcement and █████-1 Internal Security would lockdown the med bay while they were being examined. To say that the sight was enough to make someone vomit ten times over, was an understatement. Subjects █████ was missing from their mouth, both legs have been amputated off with what looked to be a crude saw, multiple rubber bullet wounds lined their body all over, their ████ was forcefully removed from their face, as well as other major incisions and other wounds dealt to them. █████-1 Law Enforcement "Spooky" is to be commended for their medical experience and dedication to nurturing Ethics Assistant █████ back to health over the span of a few weeks. "Dictator" would sit down with Ethics Assistant █████ and begin a full interview with them, after they were brought back to health. Ethics Assistant █████ was lined with prosethics and an IV bag after spooky tended to them for nearly 2 weeks. After "Dictator" finished their interview, he went to the ██ Council and █████-1 Commander "Tenten" with what he learned, and a meeting between Ethics Director █████ and most of the MTF Officer Corp would be held the next day to discuss what to do about the issue. "Dictator", "Tenten", "Yobi", █████, "Heisenberg", "E Martinez" and "Mataeo" attended the meeting. By the end of it "Tenten" made up his mind and prepared Operation ██████ ████. In the span of a few days a CI was captured and was turned into a Sleeper Agent. Their name was [DATA EXPUNGED]. A secure comms link would be given between the CI, "Dictator" and "Heisenberg". The sleeper agent would prove useful in giving info of morning stars where abouts.

On, 7/██/██, "Dictator" would be given a CI-G later found out to be named Lars by an agent disguised as a citizen. The sleeper agent notified that "Morning Star" was finally on site after disappearing for █ Days. ██-6, the main one overseeing Operation ██████ ████ and "Tenten" were not around at the time, so "Dictator" took charge. "Dictator" contacted "Morning Star" Directly and begun a heated debate about the captured CI named "Lars". Despite everything "Dictator" has heard about morning star, he seemed to actually care about "Lars" in captivity, completely preparing a full CI Mobilization and armament to raid the facility. "Dictator" struck a deal with "Morning star" getting him to turn himself in, in exchange for "Lars" to be returned safely. The deal was done, and "Morning Star" was finally taken into captivity. Most of the info from here on out is Redacted, although "Dictator" has gone on record that he felt bad for not giving Ethics Assistant █████ more time to have some fun with "Morning Star". After very little actual interrogation, "Dictator" Proceeded to ████████ █████████ and ██████████████ completely removing his ██████████ slicing him down his ███████ and proceeding brand him with a logo of the SCP Foundation. After this he proceeded to ██████ ████ ████████ ████. All of this was done under watch by Ethics Member ████ "Bub" Multiple █████-1 and █████-1 Personnel, as well as Assistant █████ being in the "Theatre". Subject was returned to CI after "Dictator" was satisfied. After a picture was shown to ██-6 and ██-1, both were satisfied as well. This would spark a heated debate between CI and the foundation resulting in an updated Ethics sheet, making sure something like this never has to happen again. Multiple █████-1 and █████-1 Personnel were promoted and commended for their involvement and hard work at completing Operation ██████ ████. "Dictator" specifically was talked to by "Tenten" and would be promoted straight to MAJ for not only his previous hard work as a LT, but for his major contributions to the success of the operation. After the promotion being approved by ██-5, "Dictator" would gladly take his promotion.
A couple weeks would pass until ██-3 came to "Dictator" to discuss something.
