How has this not been accepted yet? Especially with such overwhelming support? Pawz is literally the perfect fit for the position... don't see how there can be much second thoughts on that.
You seem like a nice person and have major US Community support. Only bits of advice I could give is read up on a couple of articles on the Committee itself. Animal Rights is probably at the bottom of the list when it comes to the progression of the Foundation's mission statement, in fact probably not there at all.
