I can bring a good mental-attitude, along with the experience I have from being in Nu-7 & Beta-1. I can also bring leadership and activity; I am active, and therefore, when the GOC is needed, I will be there to help.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
I would like to join the Global Occult Coalition as a breath of fresh air. GOC participates in lots of RP, which is something you don’t get to do much as Beta-1 and it is something I really enjoy.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The Global Occult Coalition (GOC) was founded for the purpose of protecting humanity from parathreats. It was formed during the Seventh Occult War as the Allied Occult Initiative (AOI), which would later become the GOC.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
Physics: Specializes in combat, they locate, and capture/neutralize parathreats. An example of a function would be going on a mission to locate and neutralize a loose parathreat.
Psyche: Specializes in diplomacy and keep peace between Occult Groups and humanity. An example of functions would be going on a diplomatic mission to achieve peace between the GOC and The Serpent's Hand.
Ptolemy: Specializes in support, they invent new technology for the GOC to use as well as supply the GOC with weaponry and armor. An example of a function would be developing a pair of properly working S.C.R.A.M.B.L.E. goggles to aid in the termination of SCP-096.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's Goals?
Survival: Ensure humanity is safe from parathreats.
Concealment: Prevent the public from knowing about things that may cause panic.
Protection: Protect all human life no matter what.
Destruction: Destroy all parathreats for the sake of humanity.
Knowledge: To expand their understanding of parathreats and their weaknesses
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
The Seventh Occult War was a war that happened at the same time as WWII, where the SS Ahnenerbe and the Thule-Gesellschaft attempted to take advantage of the destruction of the LTE-0913-Ex-Machina and finish the rite of Solomon, which would have given them extreme power. The events of this war eventually led to the GOC being created to stop actions like this from happening.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
In my view, what makes the GOC different from other groups is their set of values. The protection of humanity is not a very common goal in SCP-Lore, most groups use anomalies for their own benefit or purpose, while the GOC aims to save humanity by eliminating them.
