Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
- I'm applying for the Site Advisor position for a few reasons. First, I've spent a long time working on the combative side of the foundation with MTF and GenSec I believe I'm ready for a change, I want to start taking a more non-combative approach to my work in the Foundation. Secondly, I'm a good writer and I know that clear communication is essential in the foundation. And finally, I've been interested in Site Administration for a while and I see this position as a great opportunity to learn more about the non-combative side of the foundation.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
-I am a calm, mature and a collective person. I can help calm down situations and organize them. I also know how to collect info and write documents based on the things I've learned. I am also able to play several hours every day. I can complete any task given to me no matter the difficulty of it. I also feel like I can trust my self to handle this job as I make correct choices without double thinking my self and that I always trust in my self making the right calls. I also know how to follow orders given to me and to follow them to my best ability. I've also played a lot on the server so I know how to show leadership and to be a leader. I'm also good at writing documents!
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Site advisors have to make sure everything within the facility is being done properly and efficiently. site advisors must also give updates to the site director of what's happening in the facility and also telling him if its being dealt with or not. while the site director is off site its the site advisors responsibility to keep order in the facility and that everything that needs to get done or happen does. they also have to make sure all departments are doing what they are supposed to be doing and that they are going smoothly with what they are doing. and also to make sure everyone is following the code of conduct.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
John was born in December 1999 in Canada. He had a tragic start to his life when his family was slaughtered, and he was left to survive for himself for a couple months. He was eventually sent to an orphanage where he grew up following strict rules and regulations. This shaped him into a disciplined individual who was determined to follow rules and not bend them in any way. As John grew older, he continued to follow the same principles and values just like he has his whole life. He also became known for his strict adherence to rules and regulations and quickly gained a reputation as someone who never broke a single rule and always enforced them upon others. His record was very impressive, and he had become an excellent role model for those around him. Years later, John landed a job as an HR manager in a big company. Everyone who knew of that company knew who John was and he quickly gained the nickname of Pricetag reason is still unknown to this day but, he has stuck with it ever since. He quickly rose through the ranks, thanks to his excellent work ethic and strong commitment to the rules and regulations. He had become a well respected person in the company, and his co-workers looked up to him. It was at this point that John's life took a turn. He was noticed by the Foundation, specifically by an highly important person known only as ██-1. This person had been keeping a close eye on John and had been impressed with his work ethic and discipline. After months of getting to know him, ██-1 saw that John would be the perfect site director for the Foundation. However, the Foundation needed to be sure that John was the right fit for the job. To test his suitability, ██-1 made him the site advisor first to see how things played out. John was tasked with overseeing operations and ensuring that everything was running smoothly. It was a challenging job, but John proved to be more than capable of handling it. John's excellent performance as a site advisor convinced the Foundation that he was indeed the right person for the job. John's years of experience as an HR manager came in handy, and he was able to lead his team with discipline and efficiency. In this current time, John is still working with the Foundation as a site advisor. He has proven himself to be an asset to the organization, and there is no doubt that he will continue to make great strides in his career. John is grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an important organization.
