How long have you been a Senior Agent for?: I have been Senior Agent for about a month/month and a half.

Why are you applying for Special Agent?:
I am applying for Special Agent so I may train new Senior Agents, and assist leading them in combat as well as have a little more experience into the DEA side of the site. In holding various CL4 positions, I've only held a limited number of fully combative CL4 roles and I have been enjoying my time playing DEA over the past few weeks quite a bit. Becoming a Special Agent would allow me to have more exposure to the department as well as assist in personally guiding lower-level members of the department and conducting trainings - something I am currently only able to do in a limited capacity as a Senior Agent.

Aside from my intentions on getting more exposure and helping conduct trainings, I enjoy playing in combative roles in my off-time and during times when I do not wish to play as a non-combative CL4 (Site Advisor). I've found DEA Senior Agent to become my go-to role, where I can participate in combat and not have a ton of restrictions in which combat I participate in (in terms of areas where you can go and such). I also enjoy disseminating information that surface personnel may spread, and disguising to get the upper hand on GOIs.

What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
What makes me suitable for Special Agent is my extensive experience in CL4 positions, with no record of any infractions or discipline in such roles. This extensive experience gives me an upper hand on mentoring others, and being a role model to the department. Additionally, as a Site Advisor I am required to have a very strong sense of familiarity with guidelines across the entire Site. It can be assured through this, that I will uphold all standards and carry out the duties of my rank effectively and on an above average level.

How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
During my time in the community I've written countless documents in my roles within Internal Affairs, and Ethics Committee Assistants as well as Site Advisor. Documents that are great quality would typically include proper grammar, spelling, as well as descriptiveness. Documents that also can sufficiently articulate what went on in a situation as well as the conditions surrounding the situation (in the case of research documents outlining methodology) are what makes a document great.

What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
- Conducting negotiations with GOIs.
- Escorting GOIs when invited on site.
- Combating hostile GOIs both in the facility and on surface.
- Running disinformation campaigns to combat infobreaches on surface.
- Conducting infils of hostile GOI bases when applicable.
- Conducting raids on hostile GOIs when applicable.
- Escorting MC&D if/when needed.

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
