Why are you applying for Site Director?
I am applying for Site Director because I feel it is the natural progression to move up through the ranks. I have also been in Site Administration for over a year now, and I feel as though I have the knowledge, experience, and renown for the position. I know what it takes to run the site, and I feel as though I am up to the task, and that I am ready for the position. Though I have not done many large things, I tend to focus on the little things, and that has made me known and liked for many on the server.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I believe that I am suitable for Site Director because I am passionate about helping out the site as a whole, and each individual department. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty and be 'down in the pits' with the site staff. I know their needs, their wants, and their grievances because I am always right there with them. The staff on site know that they can approach me at any time, they know that they can trust me. I feel as though having their trust and respect, combined with my experience from my time in Site Administration make me a good fit for the tole.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
In RP, the responsibilities of Site Administration are:
-Make, change or remove policies
-Audit the documents, area{s} of influence, and performance of the different departments
-Handle disciplinary actions when needed for the different departments
-Choose new department heads[Aside from ISD]
-Handle certain appeals
-Approving or denying additions to departments
-Assisting departments in their day to day activities
-Supporting the different departments when they are struggling
-Assist the departments heads in dealing with internal and external disputes
-Maintaining order and structure within the site
-Handle disputes, issues, or policies with GOIs
-Authorize the use of the advanced armory, or the use of specialized units and munitions on site, such as the Nu-7 jugg, the experimental prototype bullets for E-11, or ERT.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Samantha Smalls Lore
The current storyline that Samantha is involved with is some sort of escaped experiment from another organization. The entity has simply been labeled as 'the demon' for now, and while it is dangerous[and currently hiding in the vents] it seems to be asking for help. The organization that it apparently escaped from appears to be hostile and has stated they have kidnapped a Nu-7 major. They have also stated that they will kill the Major if we do not allow them entry into the site to take back their experiment, and plan to become hostile should any of their men get harmed while on site. Samantha denied them entry, and instructed Sr. Tech Expert Utkin to write up a report on the whole incident, aside form the communication with the hostile group, as he was there for most of the events that transpired.
They are all currently waiting on a meeting with DEA and GOC to discuss that possible hostilities, GOC was looped in on what was happening with the entity and agreed to assist, so that the treat from the organization and the entity could be addressed and handled.
