What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:
I have a lot of things to offer: professionalism, leadership, dedication, and experience within the faction since I was a CO before the wipe, so I have a great understanding of the basics and what's expected of people. I'm confident with my roleplay but always looking to improve. I pay attention to detail, which helps me notice things other people might miss. I take my responsibilities seriously, but I'm always in for some fun.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
The reason why I want to rejoin the GOC is that during my time in the GOC, I really loved the faction and the RP it brought, being a member and assisting people with learning things. The structure it has, the roleplay it offers, and the teamwork it requires; furthermore, I genuinely do want to expand on my RP, and GOC would make that possible.
The GOC gave me a different sight on RP instead of go blast this stuff; being able to expand on my roleplay is something I genuinely enjoyed.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
The GOC was founded in 1945 during the aftermath of the world was 2 and the seventh occult war, at this time the SS Ahnererbe Obsukrakorps tried to use thaumaturic artificats to activate/use the rite of solomon which would have let them control manipulate and mess with thaumatology, whilst they were sucsesfull, the demiurge was summoned and defeated, this resulted in the Obskurakorps end, the Allied occult then formed under the UN and became the GOC.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in, and give an example of some functions they do:
PHYSICS
This is the armed forces and reaction force and combat arm of the UNGOC. They observe, investigate, and capture known and unknown KTEs; they protect FOB's and personnel; they ensure the UNGOC personnel stay safe at all times. To do so, they are heavily armed with multiple forms of technology, such as ADB's energy weapons suits and other items.
PSYCHE
This is the diplomatic and communicative branch of the GOC; they are responsible for maintaining and creating relations, negotiating with communities to ensure the safety of humanity, allowing the gathering of more information, and managing political interactions with other GOI's.
PTOLEMY
This is the GOC's support arm, responsible for a wide range of things such as: research, tech and equipment, logistics, transporting items and people, general support such as food and clothes, and occult research.
What are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
The GOC's goals are the survival and protection of humanity from anomalies by enforcing the five-fold missions.
Survival - Humanity's survival comes first above anything and everything else.
Concealment - Keeping the existence of anomalies and threats hidden from the public to prevent panic, mass hysteria, and mass casualties
Protection - Protect Civilians and UNGOC personnel as much as possible; however, no operative or human is worth more than the entire race.
Education - Expanding the knowledge and understanding of anomalies and threats
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
The thing that I think makes the GOC uniuqe and difrent from all other groups within the universe is the fact they care about everyones life no matter what, they try to preserve lifes as much as actually possible, they focus on protecting humanity more than any other group, even if that matters dying for the cause, they would rather neutralize an anomalouss item rather than keeping it arround and risking more damage towards humanity, they try to be neutral with most factions through diplomatic relations where other factions just force their ways onto others.
