Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
I am applying for a medical consultant because I enjoy and like medicine as a whole. Medical is something fun, I always try to prioritize healing over combat whenever I am on my Combat medical, and it's always nice being able to treat people so they can live longer and serve the foundation. Along this, I have found things out on my own, for example: How to treat patients with broken bones, ways to stop bleeding if you don't have a first aid kit, etc. It's been nice finding all these things out and now that I know all this, I wish to become a medical consultant knowing that new trainees will keep coming to medical, hopefully not just for the doctor license and then grind XP, but rather to learn about medical, serve the medicine division as a combat medic, or help people around when they need help the most. It would also be nice being a level 4 to help people around the command area of the foundation and help give my opinion on the foundation + also give my opinion within' medical command on things that can change or ways we can improve!
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
Well, I believe there are many reasons that give me a benefit in medical leadership that some other people might not have, as well as being more qualified. I do have experience with medical, and not just on Civil Networks too. I also have professional skills to help conduct myself well as a medical consultant as I represent the division as a whole through what I do. I also have leadership and the skills to be there for people that are new to medicine and explain how some procedures work as well as how to conduct themselves. I am also very observant, meaning that during my time as Medical Trainee, and Doctor, I have observed leadership, mainly consultants, to learn how they act, what they mostly do, and the ways they represent and help the foundation/medical. I feel like I will have what it takes to be a medical consultant, and be on the right steps regarding how to act and do my duties as a medical consultant.
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
I will list two just for fun and to show knowledge of a majority of the medical division's doings:

1. EST (Electroshock therapy) - EST may have a variety of reasons it may have to be conducted. This may be a reading of SCP-1025 from illnesses that make the player with a permanent illness that will kill or cause gameplay difficulties. It may also be used from SCP-330, when a player is missing their hands, they must get EST to get them back, along with other reasons. Let's assume that a patient has used SCP-330 three times and lost their hands, and require EST to be properly cuffed and be able to use items. 1. Cuff the patient (As how you can) 2. Take them to Medbay, and in the surgical/procedural room 3. Pin him to the wall and gather a harpoon. 4. Ask them the following: "Do you consent to EST and have you been revived before? (If they have been revived before then void EST, as they cannot be revived). 5. If they said yes to the first question, and no to the second, tell them to "Don't go into the light" and harpoon them 6. Defib them up, and heal them to full HP, and you're done!
2. Treatment of fractures - There may be a variety of reasons for fractures occurring, your legs, from falling from a high place, your rights, but getting shot there mainly. With those considered, let's assume the following situation, where a GENSEC officer has been shot in the arm and caused a fracture, and is bleeding out. 1. Heal the GENSEC with your first-aid kit. 2. Take him to Medbay and to the surgical/procedural room 3. Do !medic and buy the following: Calcium (Right/left arm), a beaker, and a jar 4. Place the calcium in the beaker and then in the jar 5. Tell the GENSEC to take the jar 6. Tell them to test it by switching items, and you're done!

What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
The main responsibilities are to ensure that medical trainees and doctors are fulfilling their jobs, as well as following conduct listed on the "Must Know Medical Info" board. Consult and perform medical duties with patients, including but not limited to: Healing wounded foundations via the first-aid kit or any other procedures needed, as well as performing Psychiatrists' duties if none are on and handling prescriptions of foundation patients. Handle also medical storage of medicinal chemist's products or items used in the name of medical. Handle medical licenses by handing them out after trainees have passed their test, or revoke them if they're being misused. Indulge and participate in medical leadership activities by voicing votes on medical decisions, making documents with the medical leadership team if needed, and building medical infrastructure.
Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Bob "Sponge" Smirk grew up in a mid-wealthy life, and a brother: Andrew Smirk, but "Sponge" ran away from home to escape the abuse that he received from his parents, and grew up in foster care. He would take a great interest in medicine, study it in High School, and majored in University. It took him 13 years in college and training but was able to perform medical duties as a public doctor. It took him about "Sponge" was a successful and great doctor. He would always put others before himself, and would even be near the battlefields of war in the middle east and treat patients sent back to the U.S. military base. Though his glory was short-lived, as "Sponge" became greedy, and desperate for more and more money, regardless of any means. "Sponge" began harvesting deceased patients via post-mortem operations, and sold them for money. He made quite the buck doing this and proceeded to do this until he was caught. When he was caught, he not only got his doctor's license taken away, but was charged with death row for being also charged with the murder of patients of post-mortem operations. "Sponge" however, was given a chance: to serve as a D-Class for a month, or die. He took the D-Class of course and lived a lie. However, there was an incident, and riot in D-Block, Riot Control was dispatched and sent to control the crowd as guns were shot and eventually, a guard and a d-class were shot, and people stopped rioting, which led to panic. "Sponge" saw this and knew what to do, and used resources around him and a field kit he found and treated both the D-Class and Guard. Everyone was impressed, and this took notice of Site Administration and so they gave him another choice: Become a doctor for the foundation, or be terminated.
