Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I am applying for executive because I enjoy helping researchers that are new and have questions about the wide world of the research department. Recently while I've been going about my day as a researcher a lot of junior researchers and researchers have come to me asking questions about the research department. I really have enjoyed helping these newer researchers learn about research and I want to take my mentoring abilities to the next level by becoming an executive. I also like doing fun and interesting experiments especially when we get event SCPs on the site. But most event SCPs are executive researcher+ to experiment on so by becoming an executive I could enhance my RP experience on the server .
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I believe that I am suitable for executive because I have a lot of experience playing as researcher and many new researches have come to me to ask questions about various SCPs, test ideas, or the basics of chemistry. I also have a lot of experience in E-11 so I have overseen many researchers tests and I have a very good understanding of Heavy Containment Zone and how HCZ operates and is ran allowing me to help researchers with figuring out HCZ, as when first gaining access to HCZ it could be very confusing and intimidating for new researchers. I have a lot of experience playing the server in general so I have a very good understanding of the legal codex and I know when something is ethical, as it is extremely important for researchers to fallow the legal codex and remain ethical because if they do not fallow the correct procedures during testing it could endanger those around him or even the entire site.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I've written 2 excellent documents so far. I believe that there are many components that go into a document to make it excellent. The first would be a nice index to give the reader a sense of direction if they need to look for specific information. The second would be a clear and good reason for conducting the experiment as this helps people understand what you where trying to figure out by conducting the test and how conducting the test has helped the foundation. The third would be giving credit to anyone that helped with the creation of the document such as another researcher that gave you an idea or even the GENSEC or the E-11 that escorted you for the test as giving credit shows that you are professional and that your document would not have been able to be made without the help of the participating subjects. The fourth would be a clean and simple conclusion that wraps up your document well with a good summary that even if someone did not read the whole document they will still have a general idea of the purpose of the document and discoveries that the document made. A final big one would be correct Spelling and Grammar, as if a document has grammar mistakes or spelling mistakes this could make the document hard to read and understand. I believe these to be essential to an Excellent-Grade document.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
The executive researcher has many responsibilities that they must uphold. One of these responsibilities is to mentor and guide new researchers as research could be very confusing to many especially new players that do not know testing procedures so it is the executives responsibility to teach these researchers everything there is to know about research. Another great responsibility that the executives have is to grade and give feed back on documents that researchers submit. One of the biggest responsibilities of executives is to deal with researchers that break the legal codex as sometimes researchers could misbehave and it it up to the executives to try to correct their behavior by setting a good example and enforcing research policies. But even then sometimes it will be up to the executives to job ban someone that is causing a constant problem. Executives also must make sure to collaborate with research teams in order to come up with interesting and fun test ideas and make the research department an enjoyable place to be in that promotes innovative and new ideas.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Pre Foundation
Swag Messiah was always good at cooking, by the time he was 7 he had already been deemed as the best chef in the town he lived in. When he was 12 he had become the best chef in the state. Due to his families lineage his specialty was making pizza however he has well versed in making any type of food imaginable. Swag Messiah joined a very special organization when he 19, the organization he joined was the CCCIA(Combat Chef Central Intelligence Agency). After joining the CCCIA he quickly moved up the ranks due to his extremely good cooking skills and combative capability. After only spending only 3 years in the CCCIA he became the commander after the previous commander died at the hands of the Chef Overseasoners. When Swag Messiah became commander he refused to let a group of enemy chefs get away with such a insult to the CCCIA so he decided to personally track down and defeat the Chef Overseasoner Council. In his search for the Overseasoners he came across the SCP foundation, more specifically Site-56 in Canada. Swag Messiah believed that they could possible be connected with the Overseasoners so he decided to apply for a job at Site-56 using his CCCIA connections. Post Foundation
After working as a chef in Site-56 using his extreme cooking abilities he gathered information on the possibilities of the Foundation having ties with the Overseasoners. After a few months of working at the foundation Swag Messiah got back up from the CCCIA now joining him was his lieutenant commander and a few commissioned officers. Swag Messiah determined that the foundation does not have any connection to the Overseasoners, but after spending so much time at the foundation Swag Messiah liked life at the foundation. Swag Messiah decided to stay and continue working in the foundation while using at a type of base of operations to try gaining information on the whereabouts of the Chef Overseasoners. Swag Messiah decided to join Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 "Nine Tailed Fox" because he was interested in SCPs and thought that fighting SCPs was a very good form of combat training for his eventual duel with the Chef Overseasoners. After fighting SCPs on the daily Swag Messiah grew very curious about the nature of SCPs and began questioning what they where and why they behaved as they did. So Swag Messiah started to research SCPs and while researching them he started to really enjoy teaching others about how to go about researching them. Swag then applied to become an executive researcher at the foundation so he could take his research and information gathering of SCPs and the evil Chef Overseasoners to the next level.
