What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
- Over the Two or so months I have played on this server, I have garnered a solid understanding of the basis for day to day activates. My Overall Attitude is very well rounded and I mainly play to interact with people. I know how to Roleplay, Communicate, and ensure things are being done properly around the Facility. I am fairly active and have a good standing on the server, I've dedicated some time within appropriate positions now and have a solid grasp on the servers dynamic and policies. Overall, I can bring solid communication skills, Know when to be strict and when to be relaxed, and can ensure people are still having fun while being ethical.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
- The Ethics Assistant Responsibilities range from enforcing the Ethics Department will while also assisting the Members of the Department with Day to Day operations. Ensuring CoE is upheld and members of the foundation keep their moral compass within line. Assistants would act as forward operators moving around the foundation and looking out for any ethics violations, then clamping down on it or in extreme situations, bringing it up to the committee.
Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
- Espeon Vastila, part of a large family of brothers, was a former Correctional Officer within a nearby Prison that the Foundation Recruits D-Class from. During an Incident at the prison, forcing it to be closed, he was offered a Position within the General Security Department on Site-56. Based off his experiences in the Civilian Side of Corrections, he excelled at managing D-Class personnel, and begin to rise through the ranks. Over time he grow more accustomed to the foundation, Progressing to the Riot Response Team and eventually achieving the position of Captain. During his tenure as Captain, he ensured the bulwark of day to day options was maintained, being heavily present in license giving and ensuring GSD Officers are following the CoE and CoC. During all of this, he caught a small fascination with the political climate of the Ethics Department, and what they stand for within the Facility. How they are willing to butt heads with the top figures and ensure basic human rights are upheld, even for the D-Class. This Drive got him to study, study topics such as law, standing ethical debates, and engage himself in general practicies of ethics. This began his motive to get into the department, as such he pushed forward with his goal in sight.
