Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?: Recently ive seen GOC stand out when it comes to roleplay regarding the foundation and CI. There RP seems alot diffrent than foundation personnel and I love that about them. They have taken the trend of "Do tests, protect *insert place/person* and attack base that the foundation and CI share and changed it for a unique expereince that I believe I would enjoy. The lore behind GOC also intrests me very much as they are known to be protectors of the human race. That title that they have really intrests me and makes me want to join the GOC to experience just that.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?:
GOC was founded on the belief that there are paranormal beings/events that could cause destruction and possible harm to the human race. They use Knowledge from entities they have captured or exterminated to further expand the work they do on the field in regards of making sure mankind is safe whether that involves the termination of the Entities or not.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
PHYSICS: The basic foot soldiers who are tasked with investigating, capturing/eliminating and observing Entities that are of any Threat Level. They are usually split into groups in which on portion of the squad focuses on investigating and monitoring while another group eliminates and captures Entities.
PSYCHE: Known as the diplomats of the GOC, there main goal is to cooperate with other members of the Paranormal community and keep peace regarding members and Paranormal powers.
PTOLEMY: Known as the "Support Arm" of the GOC, These group is very broad it includes personnel such as Scientist and Researchers who are responsible for making sure the GOC operates effectively. They are tasked with goals such as making new technology and more importantly researching the paranormal Entities and activities.
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
The GOC has something called "The Fivefold Mission"
This mission highlights there goal in order of importance.
Survival: As mentioned multiple times the most important goal of GOC is to keep the human race safe from all paranormal threats. This is the most important goal of the GOC and it is what they stand for.
Concealment: Similar to the SCP foundation the GOC values there secrecy and makes sure to keep all Paranormal Entities or activity's top secret. They believe if this information gets released or leaked to the public it could lead to mass panic and potentially mass casualties of the human race.
Protect: Similar to the first statement the GOC values the lives of every human life. Sometimes this statement is broken if it collides with the first 2 as they are more important for the overall human race.
Destruction: The GOC takes no risks when it comes to eliminating paranormal threats. they will go to great measures as long as it doesent collide with the last 3 statements to make sure paranormal threats are dealt with and have no chance of returning and causing more harm to the human race.
Education: This might be the last statement but that does not mean its not valued. Education is very important in the GOC because at the end of the day GOC needs to know what there dealing with to exterminate any paranormal threats.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
The Seventh Occult War took place during WWII, in which the Allied Occult Initiative(AOI which is GOCs former name) and the OBskura Corps were in combat with one another. While this was going on the Nazis wanted to use SCP-3457 to gain a competitive advantage over the opponents. After a lond and tough battle the AOI teamed up with the Foundation with one goal in mind stopping the Nazis and 3457. Shortly after this battle the Allied Occult Initiative was disbanded and the GOC was formed.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
The GOC seems alot diffrent from the Foundation and CI due to what they want to do with the Paranormal Entities. Unlike CI where they want to weaponize the Entities, or the Foundation who want to hide the Entities away and study them for self gain, the GOC wants to protect the Human Race and nothing more. They want to make sure that the Entities have zero chance of ever breaking free and causing chaos among humans and GOIs alike.

Oliver Anderson grew up in the small town of Dunblane Scotland with his 2 parents Hector Anderson and Flora Anderson. Growing up Oliver was known for being a kind hearted jolly kid. He never got upset after getting bad marks in school or after breaking a toy at home. He always seemed like the perfect child. However all good things do eventually come to a end. Due to Oliver being a good student always listening and having all his teachers admire him the kids around him were bound to get jealous eventually. As most Jealous bad preforming 10 year old kids do in school they decided to bully Oliver and harass him, it started off with nothing major everything that came his way Oliver handled, this included being shoved around and embarrassed infront of kids and teachers in hallways, having kids sptting on his shoes while he walks to and from home. But like I said Oliver handled all these things by ignoring them and focusing on his grades.
Fast forward 5 years Oliver is currently a Fifth year at Secondary school in St. Ninian Secondary School. He was getting all As in his classes and acing almost every exam, his life was looking good the kids have stopped bullying him, he is talking to a girl and has loving parents. However on February 2nd, 2007 Oliver is having a normal day when before he even enters his home after coming back from school he hears loud yelling. He opens the door to find his mom and dad arguing, after getting them to calm down and explain the situation to them he finds out there getting a divorce after Flora finds out Hector has been having a affair with a work friend. This shocked Oliver he was heartbroken, all this time Oliver believed his father and mother had a loving relationship and that they wouldn't want it any other way. Oliver fell asleep crying that day and never felt the same after that.
The following weeks Olivers life went downhill. He started showing signs of severe depression this affected both his social life along side his school grades and rank. The girl we was talking to admitted to him that she has lost all interest and has fallen for another man, his grades dropped from straight As to Ds and Cs. This was a new chapter for Olivers life and chapter he did not want to live out. On top of all that after signing the divorce document Oliver went with his mother to move to America. She had hopes of remarrying and still giving young Oliver the childhood and early adulthood he deserved. The date is December 3rd, 2008 Oliver has now spent over a year in his new home in Austin, the capital of Texas. He has made some good friends that he can trust and has dealt with his depression well, he is improving is social life alongside his grades at his new highschool. Oliver is preparing to graduate high school in the upcoming months and becoming a biology major. Oliver was always considered a giant Science nerd, he loved all things about Science and was easily amused by different theory's and the history of biology and science.
Fast forward June 1st, 2009. Oliver hears the school bells of his High School one last time. He heads home to his mom and her new boyfriend Andrew on the table wanting to talk to him. They reveal the good news, Oliver has been accepted for a full scholar ship to Rice University to get his Biology Major. Oliver is ecstatic about this news and cant wait to travel to Houston to fulfill his dreams of becoming a Biologist. He leaves in 2 months to get his dorm room set up along side his tour of the college. August 12th comes around and Oliver has packed his car and left for Rice University waving by to his mom in hopes of seeing her during his break. Or that's what his plan was...
The first two semesters pass and Oliver is known around campus for being a absolute genius. He has set a great example for students and teachers alike. He happened to also attract some unwanted attention. A week goes by and Oliver receives a note from a man waiting outside his dorm in a black trench coat, he hands Oliver the note and a stack of cash. The note reads: Hello my name is Dr. ▯▯▯▯▯▯ from the SCP Foundation, we have been observing your actions for the past 8 months and have decided you are fit for a position at our facility. Please meet me at these coordinates on May 8th at exactly 2:30 am, *Insert Coordinates of SCP recruiting facility disguised as a mattress warehouse* please come alone, tell no one about this letter. If you do accept this offer there will be a lot of money and a high salary that comes with it. Oliver puts the note down and looks at the stack of cash. This peeks Oliver's interest as he believes its a job offer for the CIA or government but its something a lot worse then that.
The day comes Oliver quitely sneaks out of his dorm to his car and begins his hour drive to the unknown facility. In his head he thinks "This whole process is a bit unusual and bizzare but what ever im sure there is a valid reason behind all this" he then turns on miley cyrus and finishes his ride there. Once he arrives he notices a building with no light outside of a lamp post lighting a very small area next to a door. He enters the door to see a man sitting down at a table with nothing but a folder and a lamp. He sits down infront of what the person. Oliver introduces his self "Hello sir my name is Oliv-" the man responds "I know" "Im glad you took up on this offer I promise you wont regret it" oliver gets given a quick interview "Why do you think your fit for this position" "I am a great scholar in the ways of science and biology and would be a perfect fit" Oliver responds believing this to be a normal job interview, Oliver might of been smart academicly but not very smart in common sense. Oliver then gets taken on a helicopter where he arrives on site-56 of the SCP Foundation. He gets given a tour of the facility, his lab coat and given his assignment, "Dr. Oliver nice to meet you ill be accompanying you today on your tour of the facility." Oliver and the unknown researcher talk while walking to Olivers assigned SCP, "Welcome to the foundation let me explain to you what we do here" "The SCP foundation short for Secure Contain Protect is a private organization tasked with securing bizzare paranormal threats and researching them to further advance modern society". They arrive at a door labeled SCP-182, Class: Euclid, "This will be your assigned anomaly, you will be working closely with Dr.▯▯▯▯▯▯ he will fill you in on this Entity". The unknown researcher walks away and Dr.▯▯▯▯▯▯ begins talking. Welcome, Dr. Oliver I believe your name is, this is SCP-182 he says as they walk into the observation room, this is a way way mirror between us as 182 as you can tell 182 looks like a normal average human howe-" He was cutoff by the sounds of alarms "It seems like we are having a issue im sure its nothing major lets get to the breaching shelter to be safe" They begin walking in the hallways when they hear loud running on the opposite side of a door, they approach the door but when the get close the door blasts open crushing DR.▯▯▯▯▯▯ knocking him out and potentially killing him, Oliver runs away in fear and hides in a cubicle next to SCP 182s containment cell. He hides there for hours closing his eyes and covering his ears. Oliver eventually hears the sounds stop, it all goes silent then he hears footsteps of multiple people approach his location, a group of men wearing blue turn around the corner, they all point there guns on Oliver thinking he might be a Entity. "You scared us" One of the men in blue says "All the other personnel at this facility were found dead, it seems that a man with a sword massacared all of them, we managed to elimate him and he turned to dust right before our eyes". "What happened, who are yall, am I still alive?" Oliver asks all these question. "We are the Global Occult Coalition, we found this facility and were lucky we did in time or else you would be as good as dead, we are tasked with protecting the world and mankind from Anomolys such as the ones this orginizations keeps help here". "I understand" Says Oliver. "Well it seems your a researcher here we assume you know a thing or two about these anomolys?" The man says "In that case would you be in the search for a new job?".
