I see that as fair for expectation. I applied out of hope if I'm not chosen I hope to advance down the SA or OA path at some point.

My point may mean nothing as a uk player but

Cl5 and especially 05 is a big job to fill. You have to know how to lead the site well and not just a department or a select few people.

People look up to your job for guidance decision making and over planning of everything. SA really helps with that as it shows if your capable of filling the shoes.

If u put an untrained unqualified person into a bio CL5 position they will eventually freak out and crash making the whole site worse. (This isnt targeted at you) I'll give u some examples of it.

Not knowing how to over views a whole department and give reviews on it.
Not knowing how to make google docs.
Leadership skills will be in question.

Very high standards so if u so much as punch a cadet u could be striked or worse demoted.
