- 5/11/24 - ERP [A] - This is my only warning I don't remember getting.
- 12/5/24 - FearRP - First time back after a 3 month break and forgot about the rule, i ran when under gunpoint by CI.

- 7/5/25 - Metagame - Used 3rd person when i hide from a hostile civ then called a sit for it. In the clip i sent to the mod it showed me 3rd person peak for a second.

Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
I'm applying for Chief of Security to help make Gensec have a fun and welcoming experience to the server. especially for new members, since they’re often getting their first impression of the server and departments. I believe I’m a good candidate because I have lots of experience as a Gensec Captain and enjoy others to have a good time. Training was always something that brought me joy in my time in G&I, where I helped new Cadets and Guards understand the rules and policies. I want to pass that knowledge on to others in Gensec so everyone knows what to do, and so others don't get in trouble.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
During my time as a Gensec Captain, I gained a lot of experience helping others and creating documents while working in G&I as the Assistant Manager. I also picked up combat skills and tactical knowledge while serving in STT as the commander. I stay active even when I’m not on the server, so anyone who needs help can always reach me even if im on LOA/ROA. I work well with other Captains and Sergeants and have organize sweeps, patrols, and site codes almost every other day. I love to help support other Gensec who are just getting back in or new to the department.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
- Approve or Deny applications for new Captains.
- Keep relations strong between other departments with Gensec
- Talk with the Ethics Committee, Site Inspection, and Site Admin on any needs, orders, or concerns.
- To make sure Captains are following orders, rules, and giving out proper punishments to other Gensec.
- To communicate with the other Gensec about any problems, issues, or complaints they have.
- Make sure all Gensec are following the CoE, CoC, FLC, and Chain of Command.
- To make sure everyone has an enjoyable time while in Gensec.
- Organize and oversee patrols and checkpoints with Gensec.

Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Personnel File: Timmy Bill – Captain <request to> Chief of Security
Department:
General Security
Clearance Level: 4
Assigned Site: Site-65
Status: Active

Timmy Bill was born in Pennsylvania on July 30th, 1999. He grew up in a poor home and spent most of his teen years focused on working for money. Timmy was never the type to stand out, but he was determined to make a change and puushed himself to do better. At 18 he joined the United States Army where he served for four years. In his time in the military gave him great leadership skills and the ability to stay calm under high pressure. He served with his two best friends and was honorably discharged after finishing his service.

When Timmy returned home, he wanted to help other people, so he joined the towns police department. He worked mainly in the riot control branch, handling high steak situations where split second decisions counted. Timmy quickly proved himself to be someone who could keep a order when things got out of hand, and he built a strong reputation as a steady officer. His skill and dedication helped him blow through the ranks to Sergeant, and he was given a medal for protecting both his team and civilians while keeping control of the tense moments by the City Mayor.

In 2023, Timmy’s career took a huge turn when he was noticed by the Foundation. With his background in the Army and riot police, he was placed in the General Security Department. For the next two years he served as a Gensec Captain. During that time he focused on training new recruits, keeping guards disciplined, and making sure they understood and followed procedures.

to lazy to write but +support I bealive in you

-Support,
Former Chief Hanz Powers speaking,
Sorry to say I have not seen very much Technical or Tactical knowhow from you during the times I do play on the servers especially recently.

I also picked up combat skills and tactical knowledge while serving in STT as the commander.
from my own personal experience as a SGT working with you this is false. you and another captain I cannot remember the name of would much rather talk to each other in the GSD office in D-block during an active sweep than assist me for over an hour. (this is this month btw)

I hate to say this just blatantly contradicts how you say you like to work with other GSD, and this is not the first time I had heard of you being on captain not doing anything useful while your colleagues are struggling.

as for SST, this is more of an personal opinion but having all of these new sub-regiments come up and fail within 3 months is really saddening to me. over the course of less than 2 years there has been AXO-A6-CS-SST they have all had a very specific gimmick and all failed due to lack of leadership providing incentive. I think its not fun for an SST member to join and see more ranks that exist than a Battlefield 3 Multiplayer 1755494872882.png1755494919237.png
(A liaison is not even a real rank)

I also see you are on the roster team as well. when I look at the roster, I see a lot of holes if I am to be blunt, 1755494450567.png
I have no idea why 10 months of general security logs were erased completely, these are extremely useful to show someone's status within the department if they wish to be a captain again, (like come on, this is all of the logs I put during my time as chief :( )
even if these logs are on another doc, why the fuck are they there, fix this I see you on the document rn1755494599097.png
additionally, I cannot see why there are multiple items on the front page of our roster that just say "defunct" which makes me question your formatting skills and want to upkeep the document you manage

As for technical skill, as I have heard from many of my former colleagues in the Senior GSD department, you are not knowledgeable with how documents work. I understand the need for making official documents to keep priorities straight, but having a whole google sheet where captains cannot access it for a Job Ban Hit list is unnecessary and absurd. the GSD forums exist for a good reason.

I will admit, I do not know you very well, and I have no idea what you have done internally that I have not seen, but from my experiences with you and others I know, I seriously doubt you could be a good Chief of Security.

In my personal in-game experiences with Timmy, I believe that he does not have the necessary maturity to find success in this role. While not all roles need a specific level of professionalism, holding the Chief of Security role should be a high bar.

To be quick, you've done excellent work in both STT and G&I, and you're a Captain for a long time as well. Besides that, I've had the firsthand experience of the extent of your contribution myself, and of course, you're well liked and appreciated as well.
With that said, I have also noticed that you tend to have a short temper, and your bluntness, though at times an helpful, at other times creates communication issues. Although not the most active Captain, you are still one of the better and most well-respected leaders.
In addition, I should commend the excellent work you have done in record-keeping and documentation. The paper trails I've seen are both elaborate and efficient, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.

Again the only time im not helping Gensec is when im working in bunks on the STT docs or the other GSD docs

Watergate was the one who put the Defunct in the front page of the roster not me
