What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?: I have months long experience on this server, seen regimes build and fall, and have gained multitudes of knowledge from them. I have extensive knowledge of many things about the facility, and can make sure that it stays operational, even when command isn't on-site

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?: They are to make sure that the Overseer's will is manifested with speed, diligence, and, if need be, secrecy. They make sure that when people have questions that need to be brought to O5 and they're either busy or not there, they can still be answered. They also make sure to set a status quo while the Overseer's are not on-site, checking in with most departments and their leaders, and relaying such information to the O5 Council if deemed worthy.

Mr. Hummer was a normal kid born in the slums of Detroit, MI and was indoctrinated to the facility in the late winter of 20**. Before his foundation life, he was regarded as a fine USMC Staff SGT, sent home from multiple operations, including Operation Desert Storm and [REDACTED], being discharged honorably. His mental state afterwards took a turn, having been prescribed anti-depressants for PTSD, which he still currently takes (NOTE: 20mg of fluoxetine and 300mg of lithium thrice daily and 10mg of valproic acid once daily.) After his discharge, he decided to enroll into security detail for correctional facility [REDACTED], which is when the foundation The SCP Foundation then decided to officially hire him as one of its General Security Captains alongside with {REDACTED] who Hummer regards to as his 'Battle Buddy from the War.'
