What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion would stop D-Class from spamming weapons, keycards, etc. out of scrap dealer for relentless riots. My idea is to set a 5m timer after buying an item. Not blocking scrap dealer after buying, just blocking the single item in question for 5m so it cant be spammed.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
This suggestion would help maintain RP in that D-Class would not have a constant stream of weapons which is just ridiculous considering they are meant to be in a cellblock not an armory. This suggestion would also help GenSec and other combat personnel not have to focus all of their time and resources on sweeps and stopping D-Block from becoming a warzone.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
This could make it more frustrating and less inviting to play D-Class as a result.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It is both unfair and unrealistic for GenSec to have to deal with constant spamming of weaponry and items coming from D-Block bathroom. Implementing this suggestion can only improve the essence of what D-Block is meant to be like.

GSD can just respawn with guns, but if a D-Class dies he loses his guns. This allows GSD to spam going to D-Block and fighting D-Class, while D-Class have to wait 5 minutes every time they want to fight GSD again.

Hi @Harold Hawks,

Thanks for taking the time to make a server suggestion. We do not intend to change the cooldown on the scrap dealer. D-Class aren't meant to have unlimited resources, and this would cause endless riots.
