Date of resignation: Blacklisted 11 months ago (could not get an exact date)
Prior to this, have you ever been demoted or resigned:Yes i have I had resigned with out notice, and i was blacklisted
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: None that i know of. I dont believe any has stuck from my past.
Why did you resign: I was Blacklisted as an insident had happened where an O-1 waves a photo of 096 when i was active as the SCP. He then claimed that i told him to do it. I also made some bad calls when i was staff.
Why should you return: I personally would like to help on the staff team as i have no job at the moment and Ive taken some time to reflect on what i did and i believe i have changed for the better.
Id also like to put that i thank SamPaval and 'Control' for pushing me into going back as staff.
