Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I have the following warnings and reasons for them
RDM for putting a D-class into 914 on rough as a researcher in my very early days of the server. I’ve learned since then and know better than to do this now.
RDM for shooting a bystander in the way during an AO war, in the moment it seemed like it was acceptable to do but I understand how it was not.
FailRP for carrying out a hostile action as a tech expert, I believed it was much less of a deal than it actually was and I will not do it again.

What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
I am applying for Ethics Committee Member in order to put myself in a position that allows me to create RP for the entire site as I used to do with multiple departments as an ISD Commissioner and with GOC as their Chief Ambassador in the past. Positions that allow me to do this are where I feel most comfortable and I believe ECM would allow me to create scenarios and storylines that most if not all other positions couldn't provide.

What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
I believe my past and current positions have given me the experience and passion needed to be the best candidate for ECM, my position as an O-1 Major has allowed me to learn and participate in the workings of the Committee not only in the public view but also the background discussions and decision making, this also extends to knowing how an ECM should handle certain situations and knowing the CoE/FLC very well with my previous position as Commissioner only strengthening this knowledge. Aside from experience, I have a passion for creating situations that people will find interesting and that will inspire them to create their own stories, I love finding ways to create these types of scenarios out of what would usually be nothing, which I believe is an important passion for an ECM to have.

What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee in RP?:
The responsibilities of the Committee in RP are;
Assisting in tribunals when needed
Authorizing or denying tests that push the boundaries of what the CoE will allow
Assisting in authorizing work permits when needed
Calling ERT for otherwise disastrous containment breaches
Making changes or alterations to the CoE
Giving orders to Omega-1 and Ethics Assistants
Upholding the FLC
Oversee ISD and assist them when needed
Ensure the CoE is upheld throughout departments
Detonating the site nuke when all else fails
