Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am submitting my application for Site Advisor as I feel that this would be a good position for myself to move into. My time within ISD has been great and I feel that I have built a great deal of connections that would assist in furthering this role, across multiple departments, foundation command, and site administration. Moving into such a position would allow me to further display my potential and abilities when it comes to managerial & organizational work. I would like to be able to assist more across site, and whilst I currently have a lot of ability as a commissioner of ISD, I feel as though my impact has become stagnant as of late.
In addition to the above, I would like to be able to assist the current administration in their duties, relieving a bit of stress off of their shoulders. A job like this can definitely be a tiresome one, and my persistent dedication to Site-65 has brought me many avenues at which to help others relieve their frustrations. One of the biggest things I'd like to do within Site Administration is to recognize the common employee more, to make notice of how hard working some of our standard employees are such as janitors, technical experts, and researchers alike. I feel that a lot of the hard work some of these employees have put into our site may go past the ears of many as they focus more on the leadership teams of each department, and recognizing how important these people are could show a great deal of moral support across the site.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?
I feel that my experience working with ISD has led me to be a suitable candidate for Site Administration. Throughout my time as ISD I have been a part of both the FTE team, and have been running the PM team. With this experience I would be able to assist the current site administration in training and disciplinary procedures necessary for departmental leaders. The connections that I have built up across site while holding this position will also allow me to connect with and be more approachable by members of Site-65. My work for ISD has not gone unnoticed, having earned myself both the bronze star for the foundation, along with the law enforcement commendation. These were both awarded due to my exceptional work in increasing staffing for ISD, and bringing a new height to the professionalism within the department.
My work within the department has also brought me closer to the rank and file of Site-65, allowing me to grow and build a relationship with some of the general staff. This is something that will greatly assist in a position as site advisor, as I would be able to show these staff members how they are valued on site, and how without them, Site-65 would not be able to operate at peak efficiency. I am also adept with utilizing SCIPNET and all of our documentation features, allowing me to assist with the restructure of Site-65 documentation that has currently been taking place. My experience in management, both within site and off-site leads me to be a great asset to Site-65, in managing departments, and ensuring policy changes are handled smoothly.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?
• Oversight of Departments & MTF regiments
• Assist with & create roleplay opportunities for departments
• Testing & Sampling approval
• Enforce the CoC, CoE, and other Site Policies
• Host & attend leadership meetings
• Manage relations with GOIs
• Create & modify Site Policies
• Sign D-Class work permits & authorize GOI visits
• Auth D-block sweeps, KOS past airlock, AA Usage, and GOI raids
• Approve commendation medals & recognize the importance of site personnel

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character:
Walter Smoth started his life as many others do, growing up in a loving family in Sloth's Pit, Wisconsin. Walter has seen plenty of things happen in town, most of which many would call 'strange' or 'anomalous', but to Walter, and many others in this town they were just a daily part of life. Ever since Walter was a child, he had always wanted to work with a career in teaching. Unfortunately, Sloth's Pit didn't have any major universities that offered a teaching degree, and the military presence outside of town rarely allowed for anyone to leave. Instead, Walter opted to pursue a joint degree in criminal justice & criminal law. Following the completion of his degree, Walter was approached by men in suits, stating that they were members of the local S&C Plastics, and after seeing his scores from university wanted to recruit him into a law firm within their institute. Walter was recruited into what he would later find out to be known as Site-87, within their Department of Extra-Universal Affairs. Walter was originally tasked within this team to help monitor the members of the department during their travels and make sure that they stick to Site-87 protocol for all expeditions. Throughout this work Walter learned a lot, gaining information about the countless different realities and sub-dimensions that The Foundation had access to.
During the winter of the year 20xx, Walter was sent on a mission, along with several other members to investigate & research a new dimensional anomaly that appeared a few miles off the coast of Lake Superior. The anomaly was designated SCP-XXXX and has since been contained and moved to Site-87. Walter and his team entered the dimension, making note over external communications that there was a severe lack of color within the dimension and surrounding area. Upon entering the dimension they were met with a barren wasteland, dilapidated buildings, and seemingly no signs of life. The team continued to explore the area, looking for anything that could point them to the source of the anomaly, when they could see a border in the distance where the color of the dimension seemed to return. Moving closer, Walter headed the front to investigate, at which point he found a colorless figure seeming to be draining the color from the surroundings. Walter has noted that the entity was a semifluid humanoid, standing roughly 4 feet in height with a camera lens for an eye and a tall silver helmet. Whilst observing the entity, it seemed to take notice of Walter and his team, at which point it promptly ran towards and lunged at them. Walter's team was able to get away unharmed, however the entity did manage to hit Walter in the back with what would appear to be a police baton.
Upon exfil of the dimension, Walter returned to Site-87 and stepped into the medical bay for a standard post-operation checkup. During the checkup, the appointed doctor has noted that there appears to be a loss of color within Walter's skin, as if his hue saturation has dropped slightly. Patient's mental state appears to be normal, and there are no other issues at this time. Days later, Walter visits the medical center once again, as he has continued to lose color across his body, along with his clothing. Medical staff and a member of Research began looking into Walter's condition, noting that it seemed his body, along with any articles of clothing have lost all color. Upon further observation and documentation the research and medical staff have released Walter for work, stating that as far as their research has shown, these effects are localized, and do not affect any nearby objects or personnel. As of yet, site personnel have found no assumable cure to the color loss caused by the entity known as SCP-XXXX-1.
During a training to showcase the dangers of interdimensional travel, Walter was showing new personnel the proper procedures to follow when entering, exiting, and closing a dimensional anomaly. Whilst demonstrating, a malfunction occurred with the scranton reality anchor that was being utilized in order to close the anomaly. Due to the malfunction, the rift began rapidly growing and shrinking, before imploding in upon itself, rupturing a hole in the facility floor and ripping Walter's hands off with it. Walter was immediately rushed to medbay, his arms dripping with grey blood. Dr. Steinhous came in and applied emergency medical care to stabilize Walter. Unfortunately, due to Site-87 not having any licensed prosthetists, Walter was unable to receive a mechanical implant at this time. The medical team at Site-87 was forced to resort to a more 'unorthodox' method to allow Walter to continue his work. Site-87 medical staff utilized SCP-2295-b, what can only be described as a ghastly variant of the lovable stitched up teddy bear. SCP-2295-b has similar anomalous properties to its original counterpart, however, when healing it's patients, instead of replacing their organs with those made of patchwork, 2295-b replaces those organs and appendages with a faint ghostly apparition of the damaged parts. These 'replacement' organs, according to Site-87 research studies, function nearly identically to the original, albeit seeming almost 'detached' from reality in a sense.
Years passed with Walter working for Site-87, when an opportunity came knocking on his door. Site Command came to him and offered him a transfer to Site-65, located in Saskatchewan, Canada as they were in need of a Dimensional Cartographer, and felt that his background and work with Site-87 complimented the needs properly. Walter took this opportunity and was shortly thereafter transferred by train to Site-65. Upon arrival at the new site, Walter noticed some major differences between this and his old work environment. Most notably, the site held many more Anomalies than his previous site, and thus required a much larger staff. Walter worked with Site-65 as a Dimensional Cartographer for a period of time before quickly growing tired of the job, noting that there were not nearly as many dimensions to travel and discover as in his previous site. Months went by, and upon an opening within the Internal Security Department of the site, Walter talked with Site Leadership and applied to work within the department, stating that his degree and previous experience could be greatly utilized elsewhere. Site Leadership and ISD leadership agreed, and thus Walter officially became an Agent of the Internal Security Department of Site-65.
Whilst working under ISD, Walter held onto his uniform from the Research Department so that he could help with certain studies in his downtime, and would occasionally dawn the uniform to carry out testing with new Anomalies or pursue discoveries that he had come upon. Within his tenure as an agent, Walter had shown great promise within the department, and Inspector J. Dolus would approach him to officially become an investigator, to further his career and help grow the department. As an Investigator, Walter has shown great promise, helping to educate the young Agents & Operatives who join the team, and assisting in proper investigations to keep the site safe and disciplined. After being approached by Commissioner S. 'Gaya', Walter was promoted to the rank of Inspector at which he assisted in leading the Field Training & Education team of ISD.
Under the FTE team, Walter excelled at training new personnel, enough so that he earned himself a Foundation Bronze Medal. Over his time as an Inspector, Commissioner S. 'Gaya' went missing for a period, at which Walter assisted the other Commissioners in running the FTE team, delegating orders to the rest of his team, along with completing a Site Admin order of training 50 new agents over the course of 3 weeks. Walter excelled his standards and brought ISD to a new height. Shortly after, Walter was approached by Directors Krennic & Terry, being offered the Commissioner position for the Personnel Management team within ISD. Walter continues every day within ISD working towards a better site, educating young Agents in order to grow the department and hold Site-65 personnel to a higher standard of professionalism. Keeping the site safe and secure, one step at a time.
