What is your side of the story?: The requirement I missed on the week of my demotion was missing 14 of my required sits. At the time, I was balancing both college and work and my free time proved to be less than I had anticipated.
Why should you return / what will you change?: I am focusing on college only instead of college and work this semester and have since found more free time compared to previously. I've been active on the server far more often than before and now believe that I can contribute more than the required amount of time and effort as a staff member. While it has been several months since my demotion, I have been staying up to date on changes to server rules and am confident that I am still more than able to enforce the rules among the other staff duties.
