What Ethics Committee role are you applying for, and why:
- Ethics Committee Member. The reason I'm applying for this is due to because i wish to be able to do more for the site then i can currently. Now, that's not to say i can't do a lot already, but I just wish to be able to help the people i have have both respect for and have worked for even more than i currently can. I also have huge respect for the current Committee members and i just wish to work side-by-side with said people instead of under them. Not that working under them has been bad or unenjoyable of course, Its been a huge pleasure.
What makes you the best candidate for the Ethics Committee?:
-I have a worked with ethics and by ethics for a while now and i have been able to see the inner-workings of how to both enforce and use ethics to keep the site fun and enjoyable for anyone working in it. I have worked as a O-1 MAJ and a ECA so I would say that i know ethics more than most and I have the ability to carry out the will of ethics already, so its not like I would be afraid to enact justice unto people who break the code. I also have plenty experience working with MTF being a Major in two regiments and being liked by my commanders in both. Not to forget, i also have had experience working with a department when i was a Chief of Medicine. This combined with my work already as a ECA and the work i have done as all the other roles i have played in the site, i feel that I am one of the best choices to be able to fill the role of an Ethics member. The last part of this little T.E.D-Talk is that i have worked on plenty of documents for MTF, Dept, and EC and have received pretty good complements on all of them. So, if you pick me, you can rest assured that any paperwork given to me will be finished as fast and effectively as possible. Now, i know all this seems a bit egotistical, and trust me, i can see that laying out all the stuff I've done makes be seem like a bit of a snobby stuck-up, However, i can assure you that I will carry my duties out in full and that i will try to be as enjoyable to be around as I can. Zala: Well back when i joined, i was brought on into the medical field
Zala: Surprisingly, i wasn't half bad when it came to being one of the good ol' doctors.
Zala: I became a combat medic shortly after, with my previous combat experience in ██████████████ ███████ ████████████, i chose to join the combat force of the medical department.
Zala: It was fine, helping GENSEC with prisoners, helping E-11 contain rouge SCP's, and helping out Nu-7 when raids happen. It wasn't too bad in all honesty.
Zala: One day however, a Nu-7 tryout was being hosted. Knowing how they worked already from helping em' out already, i decided to shoot my shot.
Zala: To be honest, i passed with a bit of skill and an unhealthy amount of luck.

Zala: So i started my duties. As a *brand new* MTF operative of Nu-7 "Hammer Down"

Zala: Anyways, back to the topic, about my time in Nu-7!
*Zala clapped his hands and had a smile on his face as he started to recall a time unlike this one*
Zala: Well, i started off as a PVT, as any new recruit. I was a bit afraid at first due to the fact that i barely knew what i was doing, but i was determined to make sure i didn't screw up.
Zala: I followed orders given to me, had my first encounter with 323, the devil that it is and the thing that would haunt my time in Nu-7, and lastly, i made friends.
Zala: A lot of the people that i met in Nu-7 i am still friends with to this day. This was probably one of my favorite times while working at site ██.
Zala: I rose through the ranks as a Nu-7, from getting promoted to SPC, to LCPL, to CPL! I was on a fast-track to getting to a CO rank.
Zala: I don't know what was so special about me, but almost every time my cooldown was done, i was promoted that day.
Zala: Now, once i got to LT, after just over a month, i was assigned as the Director of Information for Nu-7.
Zala: this would be my job for the remainder of my time in Nu-7.
Zala: From creating documents to leading units, i was doing my best as my job and i was succeeding quite nicely, getting promoted to CPT and after a long wait, to MAJ.
Zala: Now, there is a good amount I'm leaving out, just due to the fact that i can only remember so much after so long, but i do know that i was one of the best CO's there. I became a vital part of the regiment, and i was pretty happy.
Zala: This was also around the time i was given Chief of Medicine for my duties already in the medical field and the experience of leading a MTF regiment, but that's for my next part.

Zala: Well, i was taken as a Nu-7 MAJ. I was interested in perusing a higher stage in my foundation life so i chose to attempt to get into the highly secretive MTF unit O-1 "Laws Left Hand"
Zala: I'm gonna assume that i can say this here, due to your knowledge of just about every other aspect of my life.
███████: That would be a reasonable assumption to make. Yes, you may speak freely about your time.
Zala: Alright. Well i started off as a CSG. I was transferred after passing the tryout i was given.
Zala: I was briefed on my new role to the foundation and sent on my way.
Zala: I was a leader in the eyes of my subordinates. Catching the attention of those above me. And it seemed i was being watched pretty close.
Zala: I took charge of many situations to the point of sometimes being given leadership when the CO on duty needed to step out.
Zala: This and working closely with them lead to a promotion to MAJ! This was huge for me.
Zala: I didn't expect it to come so soon but i was told i was a good leader and people looked up to me, so i was fit for the spot.
Zala: From the point forward i assisted the unit as a CO. Giving orders, recruiting, and being one of the top management in the regement.
Zala: This and the combined work of before lead to me getting the position of Ethics Committee Assistant.

Zala: Well, I am making this story much shorter but all this didn't happen in a few days. This took weeks.
