What can you bring to the Global Occult Coalition:
Well, I've had plenty of time to roleplay on CN and as someone who has multiple CL4 positions I'd say that I would be able to help out with any RP situations that arise while playing on my UNGOC character. I also love the concept of the humanitarian side of roleplay considering my roles as O-1 COM and ECA, a whole GOI about making sure things are following ethics would be very easy for me to fit into.
Why do you want to join the Global Occult Coalition?:
I've seen what the UNGOC does on day-to-day missions and it seems quite fun. I'd also like to help flesh out the RP between the Foundation and the UNGOC, as well as help make the time on UNGOC fun for everyone also inside of the GOC. I also love the opportunities that being GOC being such as being able to stand up to the foundation without bloodshed such as the CI, but instead in a more diplomatic way to make sure things actually get done between the 2.
Why was the Global Occult Coalition founded?
It was formed after the "Seventh Occult War" to stop the SS from using threats such as "Parathreats". As the SS were attempting to win the war against the allies. This led to the creation of what is known as today as the "UNGOC" to stop and put an end to this kind of thing happening in the future.
What does the PHYSICS, PSYCHE, and PTOLEMY Divisions specialize in and give an example of some functions they do:
-PHYSICS
* They are the military part of the UNGOC, they are used to enforce their will upon those who refuse to listen to the will of the UNGOC. This can be from elimination of a Parathreat or the subjugation of a hostile GOI.
-PSYCHE
* They are the ones who keep diplomatic relations with the other GOI's and the Foundation. They are there to make sure that there is a diplomatic solution to problems that may turn into war with certain GOI's or even the Foundation itself. They keep the peace through words and clever tricks.
-PTOLEMY
*They are the R&D of the UNGOC. They research SCP's and other items with anomalistic properties. These are the guys who go above and beyond to find ways to combat the use of anomalies used by GOI's that may cause another problem like in the "Seventh Occult War".
What Are the Global Occult Coalition's goals?:
Making sure that no matter what happens, humanity will survive. They will go to any lengths to ensure the survival or their race and make sure that we continue to be able to live on this planet free or harm.
Please explain The Seventh Occult War:
This was an almost mini war between the "Allied Occult Initiative" and the "Ahnenerbre Obskurakorps". The Allied Occult Initiative were created to make sure that the special unit of the Nazi SS would not accomplish their goal of using a special Occult ritual to created an almost doomsday scenario which would change the tide of war. Obviously, the AOI were able to stop this unit and were later formed into the UNGOC, a special GOI that would secure a better future for humanity.
What makes the Global Occult Coalition different in in-comparison to the other groups within the SCP-universe in your view?:
These guys are bound with one duty that actually makes sense in my opinion. CI is just there to attempt to create Chaos for their own reasons and other GOI's tend to stray more and more from the bounds of common sense. But the UNGOC? They have one goal, and that is to make sure the human race is able to see the light of tomorrow every day they wake up. They will do anything to achieve a better future for their people and I can really see why people would look at these guys as almost the "Good Guys" in the SCP universe.

Biographical Information:
Palathar was born in Florida on the year of 19██. He was a strange man, no surprise there considering what his name is. He was abandoned at birth, and taken into foster care around the same time. Truthfully, no one knows what name he was actually given, but the name "Palathar" was the one everyone called him. Most of his early life was spent going from home to home getting progressively more and more hopeless to the idea that he would probably never find someone who actually wanted him. This bugged at him for quite a while, and some say it still does, but after a few altercations with police, he was sent to the military. Now, this was a choice between himself and the authorities once he was finally of age to do so. He spent years doing service during conflicts that would drive people crazy, but truthfully speaking, it seemed he just didn't really care much about it. That was, until a tour in a distant land, he was held down by plenty of men who wouldn't want anything other than his head. This was quite an end for someone like him. Almost deserved. But for some reason, someone decided to land their helicopter near his position. Confused wouldn't begin to describe the emotions he was feeling, but there it was, his saving grace. This would light a fire in Palathar. A fire that would begin his training in the Medical Corps. After over a year in training, he was finally able to return to the field with a new purpose, to protect the life of the people around him. He always wanted to light the same fire that was shown to him on that day, and he was good at it. He went on to save over 36 people, and possibly more that were never recounted for. The UNGOC saw this during a routine inspection of general military units. They saw the potential with someone like him, who would go to any means to protect human life, and decided to pick him up for his new "promotion". After the paperwork was filed, he was sent on his way to his new life, inside the GOC.
