Why are you applying for the Director of Medicine?
I am applying for Director of Medicine as I feel like I have gained enough experience to be a successful Director of Medicine. I feel like my time for becoming a Director is now the 4 years of experience, the almost cumulative year of experience as a Consultant and a month of experience as a Lead Physician to properly be a Director. Over these years I have been very interested in the position of Director of Medicine and now I feel like I am ready to apply for the Director of Medicine position. I also am applying for the position of Director of Medicine because I love Medical, Medical is my favorite department and I have been enjoying it for 4 years and now Director is open and I feel I am ready to be Director. I also love to assist and help members of Medical and I believe as Director of Medicine I can take the role and help members of Medical become better Role-players, and better leaders.
What makes you suitable for Director of Medicine?:
What makes me suitable for the Director of Medicine is my previous experience on the server, my drive to become a better leader, and my love for medical. My previous experience in Medical is vast with over 4 years of knowledge and growth. This growth has been a lot of fun and has taught me many things. My time also for almost a year of these 4 years was being leadership inside of Medical and actively changing, assisting, and working on documents. Throughout these years I have strived time and time again to become a better leader and grow from my previous mistakes time and time again which in turn means if I do make mistakes as Director (which I will of course do), I can fix them and grow from it. And, throughout these 4 years I have been loving medical all this time, Medical is a Department I will never not love and my drive to help grow Medical and help members of Medical is a prime goal I have.
What are the responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP?:
The responsibilities of the Director of Medicine in RP are punishments of personnel, promotions of personnel, relations with other departments, keeping all documents in and out of game update and in shape, and last but not least the role of being a Role-Play Leader. The Director of Medicine when personnel are acting up and violating the CoC must punish the personnel, this can be job bans, license removals, and blacklists. This one role of Director of Medicine is important and allows Medical to be a place that is safe, serious, and most importantly fun. Along with the demotions of personnel Directors of Medicine must promote personnel into roles like Consultant and Lead Physician through Applications and Interviews respectively. This promotion of personnel is vital in creating a good leadership team and making sure Medical can stay afloat without them having to be there at all times. One important thing about keeping a Department in good health is also keeping relations in good health by contacting other departments and MTF's to do simple and fun training and projects. Departmental relations is important to having a well respected and well liked department along with these relations also promoting player interactions and more RP. One of the more important but tedious duties as Department Directors is to keep all documents up to date. Documents, forms, and the website must be properly updated to make sure personnel correctly know the current policies at hand. One of the most influential parts of Director of Medicine is creating RP for other members of Medical aka being a Role-Play Leader. Role-Play Leaders must create RP for other staff so they can participate. Role-Play Leaders should make sure that other people can RP as well as them. RP is one of the most important things on site so having people who can create roleplay for staff is important for the longevity of the site as well as Medical as a whole.

Let me tell you what I personally know, he came to site-██ around ██22 but was a nobody for a while and he was also Zeus Eskhára Marco, an odd name right? until late ██23 when he applied for consultant and was there for a few months he left , and this is when he decided to change his name to remember his adopted parents. During this he left to site-███ and was working with medical side effects and analysis of SCP-6██ and there was an incident where a member of the █████ Cult tried to assassinate him during one of these analyses. He came back to site-██ late ██25 and became a Consultant again and has been working with Adrian. Zervos doesn't even know Adrian died, he just thinks he's gone for a while, but I think they're close, and I think he still works with his brother. Zervos is also very alert and always has an M9 Beretta on hand, which I find odd because he has not been kidnapped once as a Consultant on site-██. Another update for you, Looks to be he was in the 3rd 4th surgery team for Ethics Committee Chairwoman Frances Grey. I also forgot to say that we know that the ██████ cult tried to kidnap Zeus at site-███ he was only kidnapped for about 30 minutes in a storage closet where he was found unharmed mentally and physically. And another note is there was an individual who was in the ██████ cult who was trying to spread knowledge about this cult in site-██. Zeus looks to know somewhat about this cult most likely from his time at site-███. But all personnel in the room were class-a’d so he shouldn’t remember what happened. I have a suspicion Zeus wants to study this cult to destroy or understand it.

It's stuck in my head that everyone around her seems not to be helping at all, and she has been told that after a coma, she was shot in the head, and we were digging in her brain. This is bad, her recovery process is going to take damn near six months extra than the normal recovery time just for therapy. *You hear nothing but the breathing of Zeus* Maybe, maybe I can amnesticize her to forget that day, cause it would effect her to much the recovery processes would be too long for anyone let alone a Chairwomen. - LOG END

I also talked to Esme, and she talked about how if I amnesticize Frances, she could have an allergic reaction.
