Why are you applying for Security Captain?

Chaos / disorder / Unethical is always the common issues in general security units.
All I want is to fix this issue , by teaching my fellow security unit.
Cadet are the newcomers in our gameplay , its only level five access. So most problems that we dealt with , often happens on them.
and because that , some meanie really like to insult security units , like "Stupid" , "gen-sucks", or making ethic complains.
So I want to join captain , in order to teach / warns / correct the problems of newcomer.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- I was a ethic assistant , I memorize every codes of ethics well , and never crossed them before.
plus I'm a experienced combat unit , I know how security interact with other department.
A well organized GenSec is essential to site.
No matter Riot , SCP subjects breach or even CI raid.
GenSec will always be a daunting force for those enemies and riots.

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
D-Block Activity Control :
D-Block can be understood as a potential threat to the safty of whole site , so the job is simple...but also important.
Ethically suppress the constantly threat inside D-block.
Ensure units strictly abide COEs :
Code of Ethic is the baseline that hold us as a human being.
So captain must ensure GenSecs comply with it. Basic rule like "Give warnings" , "Don't shoot without reason." , "Blindfold" or "don't warn at foundation personal" is the most basic rules of being a GenSec.
Mobilize RRT :
RRT is the most flexible units in site , so it is important that captain know what is he doing.
dictate a eilet team of GenSec is essential for captain , it determined if the captain can put the fire out or not.
Emergency situations(Code5 / 1 / evacuate):
<<Code 5>> : SCP subject breach , GenSec will have two jobs ,
Normal units need to start combat formation in second floor of outer D-block.
And meanwhile RRT units need to response to the breach and assist Epsilon-11 to suppress the subject.
<<Code 1>> : Intruder , mostly armed citizen or Chaos Insurgency have entered the site. Nearly same procedural as code-5.
But RRT is very important at this point , because RRT is the most valuable member that equiped with riot shield , so RRT need to move in and suppress the threat.
<<Code Black>> : Evacuate facility , sometimes subject might cause uncontrolablly consequence , so GenSec need to be the one who hold the line , escort the Science team or upper rank off the site.

Born in 2002 ,orphan, I was a gangster in Taiwan , my job was shipping crates of weapons from north to south side of taiwan.
But one day I encounter a "Subject" that you guys called "SCP-ZH-224" , a box of eggs that stolen from a weird bunker.
Thats when I encounter chaos insurgency , one of the "alpha unit" said "It's a weapon against our enemies" , and he show me that how the stuff work.
So he basiclly toss the egg onto a car tire. And guess what? It turned into a pile of egg white. Like the egg was a bottle of acid.
They invited me and three other smuggle crews into their "insurgency".
Until one day , a team of eilte soldiers bust into our bunker , and man...I never see one of my CO's head blow up like a damn soda can.
After they captured me , soon they find out my pain tolerance is higher than other crew that died in interrogation.
I been throught a lot while I was a gangster , And also pass the training of anti-interrogate in Chaos.
