What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
I understand the lore of the SCP (as he is my favorite) and the rules of him on the server. I am also a legal adult and thus mature and not foolish enough to misuse him. I am also quite chill and nontoxic which I think would be good qualities for a whitelisted class.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
After killing the last 096-1 he will proceed to sit down and huddle/cry away from prying eyes and after a minute or so he will get back up and pace around aimlessly. He will try to hide his face as much as possible and kill the ones who see it.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
096 is allowed to go to 096-1 no matter where they be. If they so happen to be in D Block then he may go there as long as 096-1 is there (until they are dead). But make sure not to camp D Block and try not to purposely show your face to them to kill farm.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
Step 1: Make sure all 096-1 are dead or in a nonproblematic spot (then let 096 kill them).
Step 2: Get your trusty state of the art SCRAMBLE™ goggles are on and working and approach 096.
Step 3: Place a bucket on 096's head and cuff him.
Step 4: Race back down to his cell before his bucket gets destroyed (make sure to bring a tech with you to repair his doors).
Step 5: Be happy as 096 is recontained!
