No, unless he has a target he must kill in dblock
How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:Equip scramble goggles, place bucket on the scps head, cuff the scp and bring back to it's chamber ASAP. Make sure all the doors to chamber are fixed by a tech using scramble goggles.

Chap, I'm ngl, you really need to expand on your answers, described these answers in somewhat a detailed manner, if you need examples to expand your mind on what you can write, look at other accepted applications of SCP-096 without copying answers.

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
Understanding of the rules and lore about 096. Extensive experience in handling the SCP 096 many times as an E11 LTCOM. The patience required for such a job, and my track record how I view the importance of the rules above my own personal gain. And the ability to RP when needed.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
When pacified he usually sits in his chamber doing nothing. Except wailing and crying and being shy . If he is pacified with a beam outside his chamber he does nothing and gets paraded to his chamber while every tech expert on the server tries to look at his face to cause another breach while E11 have to do everything in their power to stop it.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
No, but they will most of the time. The only time it's allowed is if he MUST kill a target in dblock. He is allowed to go wherever necessary to kill his target.
