Due to my recent experience, I have grown attached to the security of Site-65. I have encountered many FLC violations, and my time as an agent and investigator has proven worthwhile in fulfilling that task. But I crave more. I wish to uncover more of what goes on, putting an end to anything that goes against the Foundation in any way. My promotion would have me as an active, dedicated, and passionate ISD Inspector, putting an end to corruption, giving ISD recruits opportunities to join our legion, and ensure site security, to protect the members of what we now call home.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
Dedication:
With what I bring to ISD, I bring as much loyalty as I bring dedication. My ultimate goal will be to clear the site of FLC violations and creating a safe environment for our personnel to work in.
Firmness:
As much as I am forgiving, the Foundation will not tolerate those that stand against the policies put in place, so I will not either. When a violation is committed as a misdemeanour, I will give personnel a fair warning to not repeat the offense. For new offenders, I will check history, and base the length of their punishment from there. For repeated offenders, forgiveness will not be offered unless they prove redemption.
Opportunity:
The role would give me many more ways to enhance the roleplay of not just myself, but those around me. I will be able to teach new agents the ways of being the best ISD agent they can be, assist in leading the department however I can, and will give me opportunity to contribute to the entire security of what goes on within every department.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
The key things include:
* Knowledge - All ISD inspectors are expected to know the FLC like the back of their hand. One mistake can cost the deparment.
* Respectful/Respectable - ISD are not known for being the kindest members of the Foundation. It is up to you to ensure respect is given both ways.
* Commitment - Being a Cl4 member of ISD ensures that you participate where you can and serve the departments best interests.
* Willing to teach & learn - Agents, operatives, and investigators will look up to you. Show them the ropes, be a good teacher, and take advice from your colleagues.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
Document-wise, I have not done a fair few. The most notable are the reiteration of 'Project Orange Microphone', and a D-Class Correction Program, both of which are to ensure D-Class remain in line and behave.
What is important in a document though is its ability to affect the roleplay of others in a positive way and open up new opportunities for those around you. Give people lectures, provide information, and log important mishaps.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Training new agents/operatives and investigators
* Upholding the FLC, CoC & CoE
* Protecting personnel
* Assisting in leadership
* Participate actively
* Help any personnel in need of assistance or if they ask questions
* Sign off on weapon permits
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
The main factor would be my dedication. My upbringing will ensure I am an active, hard working member of the department. I believe I have a keen interest in giving others more opportunities, teaching, leading, and assisting in any way I can. I will assist leadership in making department wide changes, have a say in what goes on around us, and being able to go more undercover as an ISD inspector and widen our search for FLC violations, upholding the very roots of the Foundation and keeping all of our staff safe.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
