Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
I have had an extensive time while serving at Site-65 and constantly deal with FLC violations and difficult foundation personnel. While being an investigator lets me get many jobs done, I still strive to do better and have more of an impact on my department and wish to fulfil more duties as an inspector. I wish to teach, to learn, and wish to do my absolute best.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
Dedication:
As a high rank ISD member, you are expected to show dedication to your department. Work in their best interests and be there to keep things in order. Make it one of your top priorities.
Firmness:
If an FLC law is broken, it will be my duty to ensure that punishment is carried out appropriately. I will not overpunish, nor underpunish. I will always make sure any arrests given are fair to the reasoning and how the person is.
Opportunity:
Being this rank in ISD would open many doors for me. I wish to have more capabilities within my department and will do my best to open doors not just for myself, but for other ISD members looking to also grow. I wish to make any chance I can to do better, to learn, and to always strive to present myself with challenges to keep me busy.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
The key things include:
* Knowledge - All ISD inspectors are expected to know the FLC like the back of their hand. One mistake can cost the deparment.
* Respectful/Respectable - ISD are not known for being the kindest members of the Foundation. It is up to you to ensure respect is given both ways.
* Commitment - Being a Cl4 member of ISD ensures that you participate where you can and serve the departments best interests.
* Willing to teach & learn - Agents, operatives, and investigators will look up to you. Show them the ropes, be a good teacher, and take advice from your colleagues.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
Other than the usual arrest report or incident report, I have not written a great deal. The most notable are the reiteration of 'Project Orange Microphone', and a D-Class Correction Program, both of which are to ensure D-Class remain in line and behave.
What I find to be the most important in documents is their ability to affect roleplay in a positive way and can provide any and all information they are issued upon.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Training new agents/operatives and investigators
* Upholding the FLC, CoC & CoE
* Protecting personnel
* Assisting in leadership
* Participate actively
* Help any personnel in need of assistance or if they ask questions
* Sign off on weapon permits
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
I believe I am a good leadership position because I am actively looking to gain more opportunities, experience, and authority to provide any personnel with the assistance they need and ensure operations are smooth. I have experience as a General Security Captain, and my leadership role in that I believe has not gone unnoticed. I will always do my best to remain calm, professional, dedicated, and opportunistic.
