PAC Request [USA] A-1/E-11 CO PAC Request

PAC requested: Before I go into the lore I understand some things need to be changed as this is a GOC model stuff like the physics on the arms the GOC on the back of the head and the stars on the back need to be removed the physics will be replaced by foundation and the stars replaced by the respective logos of the regiment. As well since this is a bit different from the rest of E-11 I'll most likely put E-11 Lieutenant (my name) on the front as well.

Lore: As site command wasn't too happy with the amount of deaths of E-11 caused by the breaches the 05 got R&D to make a suit on the forefront of SCP containment technology. Boasting equipment such as NVG's, thermals, scrambles, and improved resistances (none of these are in the pac) as the tests showed improved survivability the council decided to give the newest E-11 CO the chance to test the suit in the field.

As for the A-1: Due to the efficiency of this suit I couldn't just leave it even when transferring to my new regiment with a few modifications to the look i think my new comrades would approve the extra support on their side.

Something I thought of was changing the camo on the pac to fit with the regiment which would help people distinguish who I am.

Frankly I'd like more in-game R&D, and additionally, this is a Grey Suit used by the GOC. The model itself, even with substantial changes to color, identity, and a multitude of logo changes, would still represent the GOC Grey Suit, as the server's lore has had this specific model accepted as a Grey Suit my character did in-game R&D for.

Obviously I'd rather have you tweak the lore to be a stolen or reverse-engineered copy of the GOC Grey Suit, or something to that liking, but whatever works lol.

I don't believe this would fit A-1 or E-11 COs, I don't think Foundation have Gray Suits in their possession and they certainly wouldn't be giving it to E-11 COs. This model would require extensive tweaking and texture changes to become even remotely acceptable for use as it looks way too similar to UNGOC uniform. If you like the armour then you could probably just fit the armour onto the already present E-11 uniforms but using the entire model is a bit too much.

I apologize I didn't know that this was already your PAC I saw this model thought it was cool and wanted to try to get it as a foundation PAC. also the lore that you were talking about would be cool to use so maybe I might try to use that instead

I really like the design (Thank god that I have pac off) but I can't really see you as an A-1 or E-11, you look like you would curb stomp me on an ice planet for crying out loud. I actually love the mask and design (I will ignore the GOC stuff on the back of it)

I will remove the the GOC stuff and replace them with foundation logos and text.

I dont think changing the camo would work very well on the model, you should use the main parts (Armour, helmet (without the mask of it, just the helmet itself, like the picture I shown)

Damn I was kinda hoping to use the whole model as I like the high tech helmet and the more tactical vest makes a really cool model. I was hoping that making it the same camo would make it visible to who’s side I’m on.

Theres a CI and a GOC version of this model, so I'm not gonna sit here and say "Mrmrmrmrmr you cant have this because its ALL MINE NYEHHEHE", but it'd need a lot of work to look like E-11 or A-1. I'd try to get it simplified to one or the other, and have a unit based around it or something along those lines.
Like I said, CI have this model and changed a lot of it's gear to be really good looking for CI, including the camo, so it is 100% possible. I'd make a custom texture, but if you know how to use PAC3 you could probably just use base A-1/E-11 colors.

There is E-11 Blackwatch models on the workshop which I think look really good. You can find em Here. You could isolate the equipment texture for a vest of some kind or use their model lol

The problem is that it would be a commission so I would have to pay them to make it and if it doesn’t pass then I kinda just wasted my money. That’s why a I was hoping to get it approved first then I commission it.

Work with whoever is making the PAC3 and explain that you want it approved on the server, then have them make small edits to it where required. You can't get a PAC3 pre-approved.
