Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:
- I was a moderator in a semi-popular Australian Minecraft server about 3-4 years ago for a solid year or two. There was a team of around ten staff members that kept it going, even though it was a while ago; I thought I should mention it.
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:
- Yes, as an Ethics Committee Member, I have had a substantial amount of serious roleplay in my time on this server. Even as Ambassador, I get a lot of it with testing and training agents and my regular Ambassador duties.

Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
- I have always had a pull towards having a staff role on this server. I would love to be able to make people's experience on the server safer and more enjoyable. I am professional, know how to handle chaotic situations with composure, and know what RP is good or bad. I have been on this server since July last year and spent over 1,300 hours playing here, I would love to give back to the community by helping in any way I can and reconnecting with those who love the server.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
I would love to be able to help with taking sits when it's needed most. I am in a time zone where for a period, no staff were online for a while. I would love to take the stress off some staff's back so they do not have to do it alone or stay up late because not many other people can get on. I have quite a bit of free time during these hours. Another reason is I am an advocate for safety on the server. I can be serious when needed and will help people feel safe. I have had my fair share of unsafe experiences within communities; it made it so much better when a staff member was compassionate and took the situation seriously. I would love nothing more than to have that ability for others too. It makes someone's whole experience so much better when they know they are supported and cared for in a community.
